Hello, i am writing after reading every single god damn word on this site in reference to this. All i get is go here or go there and read some more. well i did. I AM A NON EUP USER. and i can not get my outfit xml to work. i have replaced smycop01 and still nothing. i can see some props in game but even when i spawn in with the trainer i still get the lspdfr0.4 cop. how do us non eup user change this to npc out fits? or is it not even possible? my back up units still are using the cop model and theres nothing i can do so please help. than kyou

So i have read up on this issue and it is off and on, reason 1 is that is is RAM issue and down below i have posted my specs. it looks like if i either added to many cars or if the have to many call out packs this happens, is there any way to fix this? or expand my ram/ memory or possibly take out files that are not needed? Another issue i am having is that i will turn the conner and a police car will be in the middle of the road with 2 guys in blue shirts standing on it. when i interact with them the game crashes..... the callouts i have installed are: Agency, United, whatevers. has anyone else had this issue and where is it coming from? Thank you
