This is my design of the Chicago Police 1996 Crown Victoria. This was my first time designing it but it looks good -
Okay I notice certain police cars I install in the game doesn't work the tail lights bling left and right but the siren light on the lightbar doesn't blink on idk how to make it work! It doesn't work on the retro 1990s car I snatll the 96 cvpi and the siren light bar is blue

OKAY THIS SKIN TEXTURE IS FOR THE 1999 CVPI AND EARLY 2000s CVPI NOPD HAD -
Okay so far I just finish creating the OPSO (Orleans Parish Sheriff Office) skin texture for the Chevy Caprice and Crown Victoria however I will create the skin texture of the 1980s OPSO skin texture on the CVPI and the late 2000s skin texture of OPSO. Orleans Parish Sheriff is in Orleans Parish New Orleans -
This is the NOPD TEXTURE I CREATED. The Texture was made on the CVPI in 2006 after Hurricane Katrina and NOPD still have these vehicle with these texture still on their fleet -
IDK I WAS'NT HAVING THIS PROBLEM BEFOR BUT THIS IS AGGRAVTING USUALLY WHEN I START UP THE GAME IT TAKES ABOUT 2 MINS FOR THE STORYMODE TO LOAD WITH RPH NOW IT'S TAKING 5-7 MINS AND IM STUCK AT THE LOADING MENU WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?? I EVEN UNISTALL GTA V AND REINSTALL IT AND IT'S DOING THE SAME THING!!!!😫

🙄🙄🙄 IDK WHY THIS KEEPS HAPPENING BUT MY CHARACTER KEEPS GLITCHING EVERYTIME I TRY TO ARREST SOME ONE OR PUT CUFFS ON THEM OR WHEN I TRY TO GRAB THEM AND MOVE THEM OUT THE ROAD THIS IS SO AGGRAVTING AND THIS IS THE PROBLEM

When I try and arresting people or releashed the cuff the game keeps glitching where my character and the arrestee moves around funny and weird idk why it keeps doing that and another problem is when my other backup officers try to arrest the subject the game crashes!!! Do anyone know whats the problem??

It is finally done this is my design of the New Orleans Police Dept Retro Police cars The Chevy Caprice and Crown Victoria the skin texture for these cars they use were black and white and they also had use the Ford Taurus as well for there police car fleet I wish anyone could have created the 1990s Ford Taurus police car too but I also have a Ford LTD as well that will be uploaded too the NOPD had in the 1980s if you like it please download it
