I keep getting this message "Albo1125.Common detected errors and that errors were detected in your installation of the following of my modification, so they will not load: Traffic Policer; Arrest Manager; AssortedCallouts, LSPDFR+, Police SmartRadio." However I want my game to run smooth but the question is Can I still use Albo's LSPDFR Troubleshooting and once I use It it keeps giving me this message "Unable to obtain folder permissions. Please close all other applications before trying again" How do I dix this problem?

I have RAGE HOOK 6.4 Already install is that good and do I unistall OpenIV and and do I delete all my mods ??Im still new to everything and I am about to download LSPDFR 0.4 but, Before I do that how do uninstall or reinstall everything like the mods etc and Question do I have to delete everything else like Rage Plugin Hook, GTA folder with plugins, mods, OpenIV etc and reinstall them all?? Im just lost and I don't want to delete the wrong things!!!!!!!!!I was watching stevethegamer55 video this morning and In order to have transport be available you have to get behind the subjects and have them knee downSeriously!!?I got a Question in order for my game to stop crashing 1. Do I have to uninstall or reinstall all the mods and if so how do I do that? 2. I still have the old version of lspdfr and I didn't download 0.4 yet! do yall think that's the problem? and 3. Once I download 0.4 will all of the mods like EUP and all the vehicles I replaced will reset everything in the game and do I have to download them again to put back in the game??
Its not working for me everytime I double click the "LSPDFR Troubleshooter link" I keep getting this message "!
