I believe... Don't quote me on this... lol I think that when you Aim at someone with a weapon, and repeat the process... AIM, Press E.. AIM, Press E.. Eventually what you are doing is trying to get them to go into the hand cuffing motion, and this will allow for the weapon to be dropped. I don't think, you can just ask a AI to just drop their weapon without arresting them. Eric P.S. Sorry, in all what I guess I am trying to say, is to repeat the process you don't think is doing anything and eventually you will find that the suspect will drop their weapon.

You can pull JUST the passenger out. I have done this multiple times. You need to aim a weapon at the passengers, does not work if you are not using a weapon. Then order them out of the car. The driver will remain seated, until you deal with the passenger. DO NOT STAND IN THE YELLOW ARROW MARKER however. Just approach the car, Aim at who you want out of the car, and then order them out with E or Left Shoulder Button on the gamepad. Also, I believe I do not have Automatic targeting turned on. I bet if it was, it wouldn't work, as the targeting system does not penetrate vehicles and such. So I guess make sure auto targeting is turned off as well. Hope this helps!! Eric

I have to set the record straight! I was messing with so many settings inside the visualsettings file, that when the taxi light started to look bloomy, it made it seem like the NON ELS lights were getting brighter... The emissive settings do NOT change non els lights. I am still working on this, and any input would be helpfully! So so so extremely sorry!

I changed my Car.emmisive.light on and off to like 200 and WOW does the non els lights look fantastic. Especially using the coronas mod here on the site! FANTASTIC. Thanks for your help!

Besides changing the coronas, does anyone have any suggestions on how to make NON-ELS lights brighter? I have been messing around with Visualsettings.dat. But not sure if it is emmisive lights, or siren. Thoughts?

Just thought i should let everyone know, i just uploaded a update, in which i included a readme with how to insert the pictures, AND a link to Microsoft Access Runtime. MS Access runtime is free but 130-160mb download. You can then run ANY microsoft Access database. This should make my file work for just about anyone. Let me know how things go. The update is just waiting for approval.

I still have to work on a Readme file... Adding pictures to a record can be tricky if a person is not really computer savy. Do folks have MS Access to be able to use this database I have created? Maybe I am about the only one, in which case this little mod would be useless for the community. I don't have any programming experience so to create this in another form is out of the question for me. Maybe someone could help? Thoughts?

My game crashed too, HOWEVER, i did find that Pausing the game by pressing ESC, then Alt-Tabbing solved that issue 100% of the time! :-) I am using Microsoft Access. It comes with OFFICE. I use my ENB to take the screenshots ingame that i want to add to my wanted suspects. Then when i feel like it, i just search for the ones I have marked wanted, and up comes their picture, and then hunt down a random PED in game that looks like him, and go all NUTS on him like a wanted felon! :-))))

Hi all, im pretty new to the whole LCPDFR scene, but I got to thinking, and had some free time. Dangerous combination.... I thought I would show you all, what i have been working on. I have Microsoft Office, and with that I have Access. I figured I could build my own Mobile Data Computer to use with LCPDFR, and all the great mods that have been comming out lately. I have a pretty good imagination, and being able to take screenshots in game, I was able to come up with this little database. I AM STILL WORKING ON IT, but i just have to write a readme, and put some polish on it. The only downfall, is i think final users would have to have Microsoft Access in order to use it. Oh, and you have to pause your game, ALT-Tab. But its working flawless for me. I have a few drop down menues in the database as well. Here are a few screenshots. Any thoughts would be fantastic. Any Comments.. AND if anyone could build something like this and actually make it a EXE style program, hell, that would be better than what i have done! Thanks for your time! Eric P.S. You need to be standing by the trunk/boot of your car. Then press ALT-Space, a menue will then pop up.. Press Alt-Q to place your items, and then return to your trunk/boot to return items. I am having issues with the radar gun. I cant get it to work for the life of me. I have tried reloading scripts, changing things. I get the Red window that tells me that the speed is 00.00MPH and 0000 feet. no beeps or noises. And now I lost the radar gun image completly. ARGH.. lol I am reinstalling GTA and trying it all again. Im frustrated. But i will keep working on it. If anyone has suggestions to my radar gun issue, it would be really helpfull.

What about, AI sitting in the back seats of a taxi? Any suggestions with that? I'm just wondering what others do!

I have not tested it, as I am writing this on my IPAD, but try pointing a gun at them.... When you point a weapon at the peds, they usually get scared and try to run. I bet this would get them to exit the vehicle so you could slap the cuffs on! :-)

You make a very good point. I know that someone just starting out the LCPDFR might want to use a ELS setup, and as they play will get experience and not smash up the cars as often. The other thing i did was install a car repair mod that allows you to repair your car on the go without having to cheat and use the trainer. I can now RP basically repairing my car now. I still have issues trying to find some sort of mod to help with the stopping of traffic while doing a traffic stop. Really mad that cars keep hitting me or bumping my squad then just driving forwards and pushing my car for blocks down the road.

Is there any way to set/change the Citation prices that you are able to issue to people during a traffic stop. Instead of having $40, $60, $100. Thanks,
