  1. you should be able to change the keys in the Spotlight configuration file. Just open it up with notepad and change the control keys :)
  2. CVPI from Bxbugs on gtapolicemods
  3. Use ELS and this: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=3 Bxbugs' Radiance mod
  4. I would also say the Crown Vic. A lot of the cops around here drive motorcycles but I prefer the CVPI. It's pretty spooky to have one behind you especially at night because I can just recognize the headlights of the Crown Vic even when its pitch black outside.
  5. I like these two: and
  6. Graphics enhancement mods are made to make your game look better like iCEnhancer or any ENB mods. Most of the time they require more power to use them so you will get lower performance. On rare occasions people report that they actually have improved performance when using a certain type graphic enhancing mod but that rarely happens. I doubt you will get better performance with what you're using sorry :(. There are some mods like that I even wish i could use but i don't have the power to run them. :/
  7. Hmmmm, a laptop isn't the best thing to run GTAIV on. GTAIV demands a lot of CPU power. I think that cpu you have is only a dual core. I have a Toshiba laptop myself and i know it struggles to run any games, even Minecraft LOL. The best thing you could do is build yourself a decent desktop computer if you can afford it. I wouldn't go out and buy one because you can save money by building your own. If not then I would uninstall GTA and install a fresh copy. Make a backup of the fresh install just in case something goes wrong. Then start tinkering with the graphics settings starting with the lowest settings possible and no mods. If you find the right settings then you can start adding mods one by one and testing them. All computers are different so it might be just one setting that needs to be adjusted or maybe all. You could also buy a better laptop.
  8. Yeah but the Republicans still own the house so we aren't gonna go anywhere any time soon....
  9. Thank YOU for making this mod and thanks for the update. You're awesome!
  10. I think it would be awesome to have a mod that would allow you to have multiple sirens. For example you could have one for police cars, a different one for ambulances and another for firetrucks. I did find a mod like this for GTA SA. Has anyone ever thought of making one for GTA IV?
  11. I don't know if anyone is taking requests at the moment but I know Nutt might have one or two.
  12. Here you go http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=972 .... i think the same guy made one with a light bar on top also.
  13. Well if its the same one as this (http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1392) then the file goes into your scripts folder and you press I to start it.
  14. Id say just let the player arrest the thief.
  15. Look in the main EFLC folder instead of TBOGT and TLAD. So open Spark and click open and browse to you main EFLC folder go to pc then models then cdimages then open Vehicles. Then import police and police2 files there.
