So everytime I go to pull someone over, of course they always stop in the middle of the highway, so I hit my "horn" to make them move to a better location. Well.. EVERY time I do this, they just gun it straight, and crash. I have the essential mods installed, along with Arrest Manager, Traffic Policer. What am I doing wrong? Thanks ~CptLags

Lol, so I didn't have a mods folder setup, thats why it wouldn't work. Launcher re-downloading original files. All part of the learning game I guiess haha

So after I replace them with OpenIV do I have to do anything else?

I'm new to the whole GTA 5 modding scene, I replaced those files with OpenIV, do I have to do anything else? How do I spawn this in-game? Thanks
