Is this for any police station on the map?
It appears that LSPDFR is loaded in as I can see the notification at the top left and I see the icon.
Try this: In game press ALT + ENTER and see if you can get to Windowed mode, now try to press E to enter station. If that doesn't work, Press ALT + ENTER key again to get back to Fullscreen and then try once more. You can also try the main station at mission row at the locker room.
You might consider getting a trainer and turning on "Never Wanted" as the Police chief usually looks down on his new recruits having 4 bullet wounds actively bleeding all over his newly polished floors 😆 -

Hey @Yasd would there be a way to increase the amount of time that the ambient traffic stops occur by chance? It seems that most are always finishing the traffic stop. Or perhaps the frequency in which they would occur? -

Hello! I have been getting back into LSPDFR and I did all the updates and sadly had to reinstall my game and all, but I got everything pretty much back to where I want it. But now I cant get EUP vests to work. I have been trying all day to figure out how to install and put on Hanako's Vests and Earpiece pack but with no avail. I have looked all through forums and watched numbers of YouTube videos but nothing has helped or worked, I have also reinstalled it multiple times. The vests show up in my Open IV texture viewer when I click on them in Open IV but they don't show up on EUP Menu and I can't put any on. Please let me know if you need any videos, screenshots or data. Any and all help is appreciated so much!!

But you can go into the DLC meta and look for these values here as an example:
<dirtLevelMin value="0.300000" />
<dirtLevelMax value="0.850000" />
change values to 0
Helps to have backup or even spawning in vehicles that will be at least 98% clean. BTW you would have to do that for each car. -
You can achieve this also with Simple Trainer under the Vehicle God Mode Setting. Look for the settings feature of God Mode below the enabled and you can enable or disable certain aspects of God mode if you like. For example, if you want all the realistic damage to occur like normal but only want to enable a clean vehicle 100%, there is an option at the bottom for that as well.
As far as backup responding dirty you can go to the vehicle meta file and look for as an example below
<dirtLevelMin value="0.300000" />
<dirtLevelMax value="0.850000" />
Change values to 0
The vehicles do spawn in and also backup do respond with cleaner vehicles. I would say about 98% cleaner than normal. -

So changing the mods folder name to _mods was still causing your game to crash? If so, then you can take NVE out of the equation as it is in your newly named mods folder called _mods and GTA can't find that folder.
DId you say you reinstalled a clean game? Meaning a complete new game directory, with no scripts or other asi type plugins in your main game directory? -

Few things you can try and see if this works. When you say you "End Callouts" Are you stating that you are using Grammar Police to say Code 4? Or are you literally pressing "END" key on your keyboard? Reason I mention this is that there are some callout packs that specify pressing the END key to end the callout, even if you think the call is Code 4 completely.
Another thing that could be possibly tying up your callouts is LSPDFR itself has triggered an ambient event, perhaps an event took place and you did not report it and it is waiting for you to do so. Note: This could happen on multiple occasions even without you noticing that much. You could try turning the ambients off in your lspdfr.ini file and it would look like this below:
WorldEvents.IntervalMultiplier = 0.0f
WorldEvents.MaxNumberOfEvents = 0
Try that and see what you get. -
I appreciate the full details of this post. Would it not be easier to just be prepared for an inevitable update that occurs about 2-3 times per year by already backing up your files? I have been doing that for the past several years now. However, I can see the benefit of your post here though, as no matter how hard I try to warn people of the update and show people how to be prepared for the update, they never do it. 😆

Nope, don't have vfs.dll, I will not install the LSPDFR Compatibility patch as it disables ScriptHookVDotNet which is a vital component to run several of my scripts.
But just a side note, removing the NVE.asi worked 100% 😆 -

Double check that you do not have any kind of shaders installed. For example there might be a NVE reshade or Reshade asi in the main game directory. Reason I am focused on this, is that Reshade has been known to crash ELS for the past 4 months or so. If not, maybe reinstall ELS again, double check that you have Script Hook V installed. -

Doesn't really sound like a STP (Stop The Ped) issue. More like a Ultimate Backup common occurrence. Have this happen off and on. Easier to dismiss the partner, then stand next to him/her and recruit nearest ped as partner. They should now get back into the vehicle.
Fast Draw weapon

OpenIV > Tools > Hash Generator
type in your weapon name, drop down box is Unsigned Int, then click generate
You would then put that hash number into your Fast Draw weapon slot.
