wrong textures ? maybe wrong lights coronas? and if you want fix this, you need edit the carvariations (change the lightsetting to 1), but carvariations for non dlc vehicles cannot be edited, so you need find/make the carvariation setting for pranger and then paste to latest carvariaton from latest dlc for example

You can just change the misc name, for example if now you have misc_c, rename it to misc_d. It's happens after importing other yft to you DEV save.
