What you could do is install MSI Afterburner. Your computer can handle the game just fine, but isn't really trying. This is software that overclocks your computer and as result less chance of texture loss. Just launch the software before you're launching the game and set the specs higher. Though beware how much higher you set it. Too much isn't good for the computer either. http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/

That's the problem with people nowadays. They see mods they like, they download it. They enjoy it. They notice a bug, start whining. Without even THINKING of the volunteer work of the author behind it. When people download a mod they don't even consider reading the ReadMe. Not knowing who's behind the amazing project that has been made. They just download, play, downrate because they noticed something they don't like, and complain. So you guys go ahead use a thief's mod as Bollocks said, but he's right. I am glad to hear someone still does think of us. But being proud of a thief for ''publicing a great model'', I'm not even gonna spend words on that. Bollocks, restored your reputation. It has been downrated for pathetic reasons. Now you guys might even go and min me, but what the heck, I'm trying to make a point down here And of you're too hypocritial to think of others and just press the download button go ahead...

My mistake. That isn't possible. -
The rotators only work on police1/2, the ambulance and the firetruck. So far I've only install this NYPD Aerodynic on my GMC Sierra ESU. Installed on the police patriot, so no functional rotators. We're gonna have to wait til I have my Caprice 87 model for IV. As for the LAPD one, I'll add it on my Ford LTD soon and I;ll show a video.

I get lots of feedback from Third Watch enthusiasts because most of my mods are '90s. Could anyone provide me more pictures (Video would be fantasic)? Ontopic: So I'll be doing this Ambulance. Sorry it's not a new one, but I suppose some will be satisfied me doing it.

Thank you, Bollocks! They're my favorite as well. NYPD98; On the LAPD: Nope, they're wigwags. On the NYPD: Yeah, all rotators are functional (If you install it on police/police2 or edit in the handling that rotators rotate).

I myself find the NYPD bar kind of cool. NYPD has less rotators and added mirrors inside for a great result. Plus, IMHO I like the color scheme more.
