Hello! This is Northstar Development's BSO 2021-2023 Ford F-150 Pack! It features high quality paid parts with multiple different lighting modes and options, all toggleable via mod-kits and extras in-game! These vehicles are preconfigured for FiveM with a ULC lighting control file, however, they can be used inside single-player utilizing Dynamic Lighting System (DLS). No support will be provided with installation for single-player.

Zancudo Air Force Base Fire Department is a specialized federal fire agency tasked with providing emergency services to Fort Zancudo, its airfield operations, and surrounding federal installations. With responsibilities ranging from structural and aircraft fire suppression to technical rescue and hazardous materials response, Zancudo AFB Fire plays a critical role in protecting military personnel, infrastructure, and adjacent communities in western Blaine County.

Zancudo AFB Fire is staffed by DoD-trained firefighters experienced in handling high-risk incidents involving aircraft, fuel depots, munitions, and large-scale structural fires. Personnel are experienced in Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF), structural and wildland fire suppression, hazmat response, confined space rescue, Urban Search & Rescue (USAR), and vehicle extrication. The department maintains constant response readiness posture and regularly drills for mass casualty incidents, flightline emergencies, and base evacuations.
 
In addition to base operations, Zancudo AFB Fire provides mutual aid support to local fire agencies throughout Blaine and Los Santos Counties. Their close working relationships with Los Santos County Fire Department, Blaine County Fire, and other San Andreas State Fire agencies ensure rapid coordination in regional disasters, such as commercial aircraft crashes, wildfire prevention, or large-scale motor vehicle incidents on Route 1 or Route 68. As a federal department, they also remain ready to assist any other USAF or DoD installations.
 
The department operates a fleet consistent with military fire service standards, including multiple ARFF units, structural engines, a USAR unit, a OES Type 6 Engine, an ALS ambulance, and command vehicles. This pack also includes an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) unit, which are often called upon as explosives experts throughout their local areas. Also included are two shirt replacement textures for EUP, with one for Fire and one for EMS. All apparatus are modeled after those used at Vandenberg Space Force Base (where Fort Zancudo draws inspiration from) as well as other Air Force fire departments. Here is my take on a lore LSPD texture pack. Wanted to do something based out of South Carolina which is where I'm from.
This is inspired by Mount Pleasant PD, not based. I added several units that they don't use IRL. (sorry not sorry)

Hey there, are you tired of every time you hop in the game having to click on rage plugin hook, then click in the steam message to accept the launch game with custom arguments... well i did, especially when you're putting or fixing mods over and over. so I created this launcher where when GTA V is started after 30 seconds the rage plugin hook starts. No more dealing to click here and there anymore.
 
Just put the "GTA V - RPH Launcher.bat" in your GTA main directory and create a shortcut to your desktop(by right clicking the file - send to - desktop to create the shortcut).
 
Trust me when I say this, after making this launcher I feel that my gta boot up faster and I can go to do something else while is booting up to gameplay.

Today I am bringing to you FINALLY the Development version of the 2015 Ford Explorer I started putting together over a year ago. Much time was needed to try to get it as good as I could with the different vehicle models it was pieced together from as well as permission from the authors to upload it (They have been included in the credits with each part that was contributed. I simply molded it together as best as I could as well as fix issues I could see).
 
It is not 100% perfect but it is as good as I could get it (and I'm to lazy for LOD's so sorry you'll have to do that part). I've included it as a Z3d File so you can make any fixes you wish to. With GTA Mod Center not up and running for sometime now we have been without a 2015 Base and with VooDoo's permission I wanted one to be available again and decided to upgrade it with a nicer interior.
 
Credits are included in the file as well as the credits tab here. You are NOT ALLOWED To upload this in an Unlock state on another website. You MUST include the provided credits with your LOCKED release to give credit to the people who worked so hard on these parts.

Hi! I'm finally giving you my assets!
 
In the file "SafeFleet.z3d" you will be able to find a dashcam and a display from Safe Fleet [FOCUS H2], which you can hang on the desired transport.
The display model was made a long time ago and based on videos and photos from CHP cars, I will most likely redo it a little in the future.
 
A few features of my assets:
- pretty high quality
- as realistic as possible
- have high-quality textures
 
You can also change the textures to suit your taste. All the textures used in the models are in the "textures" folder.

I like the Vermont State Police livery scheme, and thought the simple green design worked really well as a Park Ranger livery.
I designed the logo myself and will be converting it to a patch so that it can be put on EUP to match.
