Does somebody know how to reduce the damage applied with the nightstick? So to avoid having a suspect get killed after 3 hits. What file should I look into?

Having another issue related to textures. Check the photo below. It happens only with sheriff and pranger. I tried to change vehicles.meta the flag part to no avail. I don't know if it's related to carvariations?

Having a problem with ELS i believe. When I go stage 3 only the right lights work (rear and front) as in the pic. Do I have to change something in the ELS xml file? Thanks

Somebody knows where the update.rpf folder is in the vanilla files? Can't find it in Open IV after reinstalling GTA5. I only have it in the mods folder.

Does somebody know how to change the color of police vehicles to matte? All of them I mean? Something in carvariations maybe? I'm gonna do a hawthorne police pack which has matte vehicles and I will credit whoever gives me the correct answer thanks.

Textures for caprice (slicktop) and charger (slicktop and with lights). I only had the photo below as reference, so I improvised a bit. Also, the chargers were made WITHOUT a template, so it was tougher than usual. Original models: -
I don't have free time but I'm trying to go back to doing textures for vehicles and peds. I'm looking to create a texture pack for a USA police department, one with cool designs and not from big cities. I was looking for more pics of this department from Northumberland in PA but got only one image in google. Anyway I can't have deadlines but I will try my best. If you have more pics of the Northumberland police then I will do that. I need one from the rear. If you live there and want me to do this cool looking pack pm me. If you have other suggestions for other departments also let me know below.
