Update: I wrote my dns settings 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 and activated dns also for https in windows 11 settings and now it works, i can download files from this site.

I've used chrome and edge to try to download lspdfr and other mods on the website but it doesn't work. It says there's an SSL error so I disabled windows defender and firewall and then it says there's an error with the connection or too many downloads are happening. It's a mess. Is this a website problem or mine? I've neved had issues with other websites and im in EU.

I can't see any preview images of mods, they just appear blank. I tried removing adblock and disabling malware bytes but nothing changes.

Liveries not working, they spawn all black or white -
The liveries spawn with weird colors like all black.

It's not working. I press the keybinds but nothing happens and no notification appears that the vehicle is locked. I installed it in plugins, lspdfr -
my game won't start because of Reshade (Im using Quant V). It's because of a file called dxgi.asi. Removing that it works but Reshade won't work. What to do? Should I just go with VisualV and no Reshade? I've seen people using QuantV just fine

When I play the first time gta 5 works, but if I quit the game and want to restart it the RGL shows Loading then Exit game, but the game window doesn't appear. This happens with and without Ragehook so it must be the game. To play gta 5 again I need to restart the PC. Any tip?
