Very good! The cars look great, and the lighting is gorgeous! Only complaint is downloading it. The files are all separate...just put it in a zip folder and it would be a perfect pack!- 8 comments

the new update is great but I really miss the lights not being sped up and for that reason, I am sill runing a very old version of this mod. It would be nice if you could bring back the not so fast option!

The mod is pretty good, the problem is the people here not leaving relevant rewiews because it offends them. The mod could use some work but I'm rating the mod on how good it is, not my personal problems/opinions- 4 comments

This is a simple mod that replaces SOME of the lines the GTA cops say with the lines the GTA IV cops say. This mod is in early beta so expect bugs! Video Preview: <Install> Drag and drop all the stuff in the "Grand Theft Auto V" folder into your directory and you should be set to go ~Not for practical use, I am aware that there is a mixture of V Sounds and IV sounds MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR POLICE SCANNER FOLDER!!!!! If the callout pack that you want is not in here yet please let me know and I will include it for you! WORKS BEST WHEN CALLING IN BACKUP!!!

I dont think ELS is dead, but I do think everyone has lost hope in it coming out soon. Personally, I like the idea of ELS V and im excited for it, but the time spent waiting is annoying.

The way I see it is that this discussion has been here for over a year and we still don't have ELS V. I'm kinda having trouble finding out whats taking so long. But the devs can do what they want and who am I to say otherwise?

This will allow you to use any cvpi and possibly other cars in the policeold2 slot in case you are running out of room! You can report any errors but I probably wont do anything about it due to the fact I have no idea how to work more in-depth with handling lines. Anyone else tired of everyone telling people to wait and that ELS V WILL BE the best GTA V mod? From the looks of it it has been in development for almost a year! Just saying its kinda annoying leaving the community in the dark about this ELS project.
