@Original Light Not a lot of details have been released. Though it is open world and given all of the control the player has, I would guess yes. It will be released on the PC (my money is PC first) then "consoles". This gen or next gen, people are still debating... Can you choose a more descriptive name? "Siren" is too obvious. Is this siren custom by you or tones from Federal Signal, Whelen, Code3, etc...

You can open the horns file with ivaud. Sounds like you are not properly importing the horns file to resident and rebuild then save. Go through this process exactly. Also, don't double post, it's looked down upon around here...

You can by opening the horns file in ivaud. Export both siren 1 and 2 then import in reverse.

The only problem I see with this model is how you mapped the ELS, which I would assert you had to map it this way? Because the ELS primary work off the Wig/Wag in ELS (I'm using v6), I cannot tell ELS to "shine" the light bar color (Red/Blue/Amber) when the lights are on, in this case wig/wags. This is because Wig/Wag is automatically set to white headlights.

@stormoffires I have a Intel SSD on my New Egg watch list, just holding my cards for the right time to strike @Synapt I love my 2600K i7, the only thing I need to do is increase my cooling (and the SSD). I do not feel comfortable OCing it yet without better cooling. But honestly, I haven't needed to OC it for what games I play, which is not very many.

I created a topic similar to this (located here ) a while back to gauge my system (see signature) to what others experienced. I love my high performance computer as well as car mods so I am willing to live with 30 minutes of game play on LCPDFR. That being said, I think a lot of it is that our machines are too advanced for the poor PC port of GTA-IV. The mods (high poly cars, LCPDFR, and others) do have something to do with it as well, meaning that it will inevitably crash because it's running things it wasn't designed to do.
