Alright, this pack has been basically fully redone. Every vehicle has had all textures redone to hopefully be more accurate and fit and look better. Some new models have been added and some old ones removed. This pack has many choices, between ghost skins, K-9, Supervisor and standard marked units. This pack has taken a lot more time than initially thought but I never leave a project. Please enjoy these and have fun. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section.

This callout pack are based upon certain calls/scenarios that do not occur often. They bring another level of immersion, having Youtubers in mind to display some unique content for their viewers. 
 
First Scenario: DUI Checkpoint in Strawberry.
 
 
Note: You need to use Callout Manager to activate these calls. You will not get them randomly while on patrol. You may receive an error (red subtitles) when trying to activate a call. This means you are within the spawn radius of the call and you need to drive away and activate again.
 
Make sure to put OJScenarios.dll and OJScenarios.ini into \Plugins\LSPDFR folder.
Take a look at the INI at least once to make sure you are satisfied with the settings.

Just to clear this out.Only the skin says Vermont.The models are not representing the fleet of Vermont.Lightbars and more are fictional.

Hello everyone, So as you know The coroner uses trash bags as body bags and it was annoying and unrealistic, and therefore i made this simple mod to replace the trash bags for body bags on stretchers. Another of my own ideas for a skin, rather than based off anything in real life. I wanted to do something different from the traditional black and white or the all white style something a bit more modern feeling. This all grey with a blue swoosh and some white accents personally fit the bill. I hope some of you will enjoy and have fun with it. There are two CVPI's one for thehurks forza version and the other is for underwoods new version that I believe is an update of his old version so I expect that to be coming to more modders in the future. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues, missed credits or suggestions please share in the comments section.

MODEL NOTES

- This model is quite large in file size which i apologize about, but so many people have been asking for the damn model, I figured
that instead of releasing a broken version that I'm not happy with, I'd fix as much as I could with it.
 
- This is the same base model that I have been using for the vast majority of the releases with an FPIU in it.
 
- This is the official release of this model, any other releases you see have not been authorized by TrentMU, FRGamer or myself.
 
- When downloading this model, you are expected to know how to use zmodeler
 
- You may not message me or any of the contributors to this file about assistance for making any sort of model
 
- Please do not re release this model in an unlocked or a DEV state, if you have edits that you want to have done to the model, contact
myself.
 
- I have included a few small options for you people to use, including hubcaps, the fog light covers and the chrome/Grey headlight textures
included in the extras folder.
 
- The templates for this model are included in the Extras folder.
 
- The handling line that was optimized for this model was the gresley, the POLICE3 from GTA Redux works as well.

- Please for the love of god, try and spend time when making models with this vehicle, we spent a lot of time trying to make this vehicle what it is today
 
- And now people cant parade around with this model, trading it for stuff they aren't even supposed to have.

Now before downloading, this is very WIP. This is my first GTA V mod let a lone sound mod I've ever created for this game. After watching LIVE PD and listening to the explorers accelerate constantly I thought I'd try and create a sound mod specifically for the POLICE3 slot. I took the audio from a recording I have from one of my works 2013 FPIU's. I know I've seen some people ask for this so I tried my best to take the time to create this mod. Being in the military with very few time to mess around with this, this is what I have come up with. PLEASE help guide this sound mod into the right direction for anybody who would enjoy this, feedback is very much welcomed. Thank you. A video showcasing the sound will come later.

-First .RAR (explorer sound mod) is the files originally updated just louder. Raw acceleration sounds.

Howling noise in background for most recent update (V.1.0.3) Background noise is audible when accelerating. Still looking for a way to improve that.

Information:
Los Santos Police Waterfront Commission (LSPWC) is a police division of Los Santos Port Authority Police. Founded in 1953, it's purpose was “for the purpose of eliminating various evils on the waterfront in the Port, the Harbour and the Beaches of Los Santos.” It was also originally used to combat labour racketeering that swept through the port in the 1940s and 1950s.
 
This pack contains:
2010 CVPI - Waterfront Commission Patrol Vehicle  
Features: 
• Full halogen light bar w/ inset LEDs

• Optional 2k and 4k liveries

Here is an early Christmas gift you guys, The Motorola APX 8500. This radio is scratch made by me and comes with the PMMN4097 Microphone. Hi ladies. So now that ScriptHook has updated it's release time. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month in a half, and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Fort Worth, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, window templates, and lightbar are equal to Fort Worth and some of the pushbar setups. The pack comes with 13 different vehicles ranging from SUVs like FPIUs and Tahoes, Pickup trucks like Silverados and Sedans like the CVPIs and Chargers, among many other cars. I hope you guys enjoy and feel free to leave your criticism and issues you find down below.

Q: Why r ur lights so shiny pls help :(
A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.
 
Q: Can you please make an ELS pack for my own personal town?
A: Not even a little sorry bb 
 
Q: How do I install X?
A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis

Do NOT ask me to make these non-els, or to change this or do that. The answer is no. Negative comments will get no attention and will most likely be laughed at. My beta testers have already pointed out most bugs but because I am transferring to a new base soon I figured I'd release and let you all enjoy em for a bit. So...After about 11 months of working on this pack(and being lazy), I present to you the Philadelphia Police Pack for GTA V. The pack has a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria, 2012 Chevrolet Impala, 2011 - 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe & a 2013+ Ford Interceptor Sedan. I tried to make it as accurate as I can. Some vehicles don't have Police radios in them since PPD is removing the Police radios in them, but there is a mic on the console for the PA. The Ford Utility may come later. If you enjoy my Philadelphia Police Pack for IV, Then you may enjoy this one. BTW all skins are 2K to spare texture loss . This Pack is a work in progress So this is not a finish pack & may never will be.
 
If you want Lore friendly, I suggest to use @t0y Philadelphia Police based LSPD skins here 
 
I didn't know when he would put the skins back up, so that's why I waited.
 
Bugs i know about(May fix)
- Lightbar Glass don't break
- Windows don't break on CVPI or 2015 Tahoe
- All Liberty II Vehicles & the 2012 Impala have Takedowns
