I decided to make this SAP Ford Crown Victoria. It still has some things to fix but I thought why not bring it out to you earlier.
Well basically I only need to work on the taillights a bit and on some small details.

I accidentally mixed this skin up with the other El Paso County based skin and well I don;t tease things so I made this a pack on its own as well. However I did also like this skin so making it was still fun and something I wanted to share and bring to you all. As usual this pack may be updated with more models once those models are out and whether or not they are worth putting the skins on. Otherwise please enjoy this pack and have fun. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use, then importing all the skins for the corresponding vehicle then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section. Let me know if I missed anything.

Remember everyone, I base my skin packs off of base model templates NOT for any one specific vehicle pack. Because the templates don't really change, skins can be applied to basically any pack of your choice so long as the base models used are the same as the ones I have used. I do try to use the most common base models so they should cover the bulk of the vehicle packs available.

If you don't like how I textured them, etc then change it. They aren't 100% scaled perfectly. So if you need to or want to scale them up or down to your liking. Feel free to use these for whatever game you want to I really don't care what you do, just credit me is all

Side runners are loosely based off of the whelen tracer side runners
 
You can use these for more than just side lighting, real life the tracer lights disconnect into strips and connect together. They've been used on ram bars for the single and double lights, and other areas. So these can be used for a lot more than just side lighting
 
All variations together the lights are 3,605 tris
A single light is 243 tris
 
Use these for whatever you want, any game, whatever I really don't care. Just credit me for the original work

I created my FHP forum post almost two years ago, I was very hesitant to release anything as I was in fear of a less than pleasant response to the models provided. I've put a lot of work into the accuracy to detail for these cars, they're about as accurate as I could possibly make them for a video game. After two years, I think a few of these are ready for release. If I receive a positive response then hey, maybe i'll throw out some Tahoes and CVPI's! Hopefully this pack may encourage a few of you to actually update ragehook and make your game playable again. Yes, I know. It's dreadful.
 
There are four dodge chargers included in this pack, they're more modern than they are older as most of them are 2016+.
 
I do have plans to add the newer all blue Code3 Pursuit Chargers as well as the older chargers with the previous gen. Javelin Lightbars. I don't have a timeline for when those will be added.

This Glock comes as a full size handgun chambered in .45 Auto and replaces the standard pistol.  It's still being worked on, it was converted to GTA 5 by Jridah and animated, I only slightly modified the textures.  I wouldn't call it perfection yet, the texture is in need of an overhaul, but I do not have the experience needed and Jridah is very busy at the moment. If anyone with photoshop experience has some free time, feel free to create a better looking texture, I couldn't thank you enough^^

After almost a year in development I finally release this. Recently I've been extremely busy plus lost interest in the modeling scene. After recent events I have decided to release this since I obviously ain't working on it. It is at what most I've talked to said is a finished state. A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Hi ladies. Here is another pack. It only has one vehicle, accurate to the New York State Park PD which patrols the state's parks meaning it has forward reds, etc. and anything accurate to NYS. The main reason I wanted to make this Tahoe was to experiment with the sexy dirtmapping that Rick helped me with, and try to fix those SSV rims, which I was able to do and well, here it is. Hi ladies.  So here is this old pack I made a while ago. It is as 100% accurate as any PAPD car could be, with my resources, however the lack of active/in service PAPD cars at least in my area is so so sad so there may be a few inaccuracies here and there, but regardless here it is for release. I will be extending this pack in the future with the highriser version and other vehicles once I am able to figure out a bunch of stuff, only comes with one CVPI for now. Thanks. Enjoy.

A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling.
