This is one of the Military Polices existing in Brazil, it composes and protects the physical integrity and safety of the population with 24-hour patrol in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, located in the central-east of the country next to the greater brazilian state, Sao Paulo!
 
 
This is the texture modification of another mod, you can download it shortly thereafter and replace the texture files!
 

This is an unfinished model, but I decided to release it anyway since we have been waiting long enough for an unlocked 2016 FPIU. Also, since this is my first time converting a car to GTA 4, I don't know how to fix a lot of these issues. Personally, I'm fine with the way it is, but you can totally edit it if you want to. If you want to release a fixed one, do what you will. If you want to release a fixed version unlocked, I strongly encourage you. If you want to convert it to GTA 5, GTA SA, or any game, go ahead. It's your model now, enjoy!

-Rear bumper disappears after getting hit enough times (have no idea why)

A redux version of @Officer_Lenny's Supervillains plugin for LCPDFR with compatibility in TLAD and TBoGT (as well as GTA IV without DLC).
As in the original one made by him, this adds 3 (2 for GTA IV without DLC) new callouts for LCPDFR, starring 3 protagonists in GTA IV universe. However, this redux version will include his/her friends joining together and wanted this peaceful Liberty City to be "the worst place in America." And as usual note, these people are as dangerous as you bring the cops and the NOOSE into the pursuit up to 6-star wanted level on original game without LCPDFR.
 
Side note: do request one or two NOOSE backups, as well as a helicopter, if you see him/her with more than one person armed. They are not to be taken lightly and lethal force is always a best option.
 
The supervillains are:
Niko Bellic (TLAD and TBoGT only)
He killed people, smuggled people, sold people, and now he is in Liberty City with a rocket launcher and two friends of him: Jacob and Patrick (Packie). Approaching them with just you and a pistol will be tantamount to suicide.
Johnny Klebitz (all episodes)
He is a high rank member of the Lost Brotherhood, he is not really a nice guy and he might cause trouble by rioting with his crew.
Luis F. Lopez (all episodes)
He is a bodyguard but he is also suspected to be a dangerous murderer, the FIB might require your help to catch him.

This script is updated time to time if there are bugs or glitches, but so far my game is quite unstable, so it's up to you to value this. Report any error to my Contacts available in at the end of the Readme so I can address this in my free time.

LCPA (Liberty City Port Authority) is tasked with guarding and enforcing laws at the ports of Liberty City, such as Port Tudor and Francis International Airport. The LCPA is based on the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PAPD). All credit of the models and base textures go to Yard1 on his excellent enhanced LCPD pack.

About: 
Like the other minor screw-ups when it came to law enforcement peds in Grand Theft Auto IV,
our forgotten boys in the private sector fall into the same problem. This mod is here to fix it.
Isn't it odd why Security men are armed but never seem to have an actual gunbelt? 
A little unrealistic that no white guards are ever seen? Or why no properly-marked security vehicles exist?
This is why I took it upon myself to create a detailed retexture of G6's security officers and their patrol vehicles.

Bugs:
For some reason around the left shoulder on the class be shirt, there's a slim dark brown ring. 
I don't know why that is, but it is very minor and can easily be overlooked in my opinion.

This pack was designed with multiplayer in mind, and use in singleplayer was always a secondary consideration. As such, the vehicles were not extensively tested with LCPDFR.

Old Gruppe6 ped has baggy pants which I don't like and no bulletproof vest, I just combinate LCPD ped with Gruppe 6 ped textures with few updates (gray handcuffs and bulletproof vest texture)

I took my entire time to write on the screenshot when i saw that i could put it here. What a waste of time.

Alright, that's the last of the state police Marbelles sorted. Just got a few more mods to upload, then I can wind down GTA IV well and truly.
 
This is ThatOneHick's Willard Marbelle (ELS/Non-ELS), modified to give the appearance of an early 1980s ASP car. Using resources from the ASP Stanier (thanks, Abraxas!), my own mods, and many reference images, I have made the texture as accurate as can be with the limitations GTA IV texturing has. There's a chance that the liveries may be slightly incorrect because of said limitations, and my skills - for example, the Alderney logo on the plate had to be taken from Abraxas' license plate, so it may appear spotty -  so if any problems or inaccuracies show, tell me.
 
The original model is located here (ELS), or here (non-ELS)(much credit goes to ThatOneHick for a perfect US-Granada-based police car, he's coming back!)
