recently I visited my aunt and uncle at LA, while at there I saw many of the patrol cars, it seemed that none of the LAPD cars had steelie all of them had hubcaps any reason for that cost related maybe? I don't know I just observed that.

for example i had my cvpi earlier with full3 headlights but the outer two were flashing cause of the signal setting

is there a mod to set headlights? as i have seen in some videos people have their cvpi's with different headlight settings, such as all 3 of the headlights turn on, instead of the default main middle headlight turning on. any way to turn all headlights on?

if anyone could explain to me, as I am trying to create my own cvpi model, where I could get parts such as a police spotlight or a rambar?
