Make sure you rename the police.ytd/.yft files to sheriff.ytd/yft (plus the _hi.yft/+.ytd). Then go into OpenIV and go to (Update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf) Replace the default sheriff files with your sheriff files. Let me know how this works.

Turn off "Police/Everyone Ignore Player" in your trainer.

It's either CryENB on the lowest preset, or there isn't an ENB.
