  8. i installed lcpdfr to GTAIV folder but diagnostics tool thinks its in eflc

    So i installed lcpdfr i tried both automatic and manual but when i click on diagnostics tool it thinks that its in the EFLC folder when its not i need it to install the configuration tool to GTAIV folder but it installs to EFLC instead pls help
