Go to Steam > Right Click on Grand Theft Auto V > Properties > Launch Paramater

I read, that you use the commandline "UseMinimumSettings" twice. Delete the commandlines.txt inside of your main directory and check if you are using the parameter in steam as well.

1.) Update your Ragepluginhook to the latest version.(Use the official website) 2.) Check if you are using the latest .Net Framework

Maybe it's your hardware.

You need a Decompiler like DotNetPeek by JetBrains. But you should ask the creator of the call-out because callouts are basically copyright secured.

Sorry, but I can't see your processes. You need to figure it out on your own.

You just need to find the process, which uses the file.

Then just press Ctrl + Alt + Delete. Open the Taskmanager and kill the process.

Did you run it as administrator?

Run the program as administrator. Therefor you need to extract the .exe to your desktop.
