If you're using ELS (Any version) then you cannot shoot out of the window when you've activated the lightbar(s) (flashing patterns).

Hey guys, Since i'm almost done with the coding part of things with my new Up-Coming user control panel for a Mafia/Gta(4/samp) server community, I thought i would show the design off for you guys. I'll be getting it for the Xbox360, I'll also be getting watch dogs this year but what iv'e heard is that rockstar is planning on releasing it for the PC, But only when better components are released to support its engine and rendering.

RVRP is a good script for when it came out but each update that has been done my other member/scripters on samp have made more and more bug's appear i spent at least a week fixing bugs for someone's server that uses it (( 50+ bugs with commands admin ect ))

ok guys just some info i forgot to add iv moved it over to LV and i need testers for when im about 50% but im only about %2 into the script since iv started it in LV also iv had the idea of making a script based in FC way before you opened FC:RP i just never got around to it

i did from that one but iv re-mapped it ill be uploading the smaller version later

ill be looking for some testers to test it when its done and hope some people from FCRP and LCPDFR could test it for me till then iv got more scripting to do
