u cant upgrade that pc at all trust me jsut replace it with a minimum quad core and 8 gb ram with a good 1 mb video card

u do have a vehicle.img file gta4/eflc - pc- models -cdimages folder open it with sparkiv or openiv Also lcpdfr is a mod for gta4 so u want to install cars for gta4 or eflc
