The road thing happened to me quite a bit last night testing also when u spawn road barrier in car it spawn in rhe middle of my car and it flips over or makes my car break or get pushed over .... My observations the rest is fine so far

yuor built in video card is crap dont use a laptop

agreed its to simple really even with cracked version of game it will work if u install it correctly

u have to add police 3 to the handling line if u want to customize it also in the vehicle line change it like admiral admiral change it into admiral blista change 2nd name it will change speed the first line is for handling

gta4 and other games are in a different category post pc specs ok

dosen't matter either way start game with launchgta4 or launcheflc only
