Yeah i think this is realistic more than LSPDFR cuz the police cars are using Roadblock and a lot of helicopters and the backup (using your own modded cars) this is awesome idea :D I really love to do it :D

Templates are created by the creators using Photoshop as i watched before so you can google it then tell me what did you watch ?

I said to do what you said but he got the white color so i think HE NEEDS PHOTOSHOP TO edit it or Paint

I didn't mean to remove your texture (template means other liveries) You must find few numbers with your textures.... I think you can choose your featured number and delete the others

So use OpenIV to delete the other templates :D I mean the other liveries Go to your installed car directory then open it then remove the other templates
