Didn't know it was a known bug. I've on;y recently ran into this bug used to work just fine for me. I hope this is fixed in RC3. I did try this and it does work, now I can use my taser and pistol. Thanks.

When I got to pull out my taser in game my pistol disappears, It usued to be that the pistol would just disappear and I could not get my taser. After reinstalling LCPDFR I can select my taser now but my pistol still disappears. Any suggestions?

I don't mean to thead hijack here but i actually just experienced this same issue today while playing LCPDFR on multiplayer.

Ir's ok C++ scares me too, mostly because I have never even attempted to understand it. I am happy to just know VB .NET and PHP/HTML. :D

This seems quite interesting. Any chance of restricting vehicles to only spawn in certian areas. If so this could make things alot easier on me.

well then I am going to have to learn how to take two diffrent models and convert it into one with multiple liveries.

The problem is I'm not using diffrent liveries I am using diffrent verhicles models altogether. Although that mod will solve another issue of mine. I downloaded a nice truct with liveries but I only want to use one of them, I can use this to force that one livery to be used everywhere atleast.

I am looking for a mod or mods that will allow me to make LCPD vehicles and officers only spawn outside of alderny. Then I have a sheriffs and state patrol car I want those to spawn is alderny like normal and maybe also let them spawn in liberty city as well just not as often. Then when a sheriff or state patrol verhicle is spawned it would be nice to have the officers in it have a diffrent uniform than LCPD. Any suggestions to do this?

Justkinda curious what kind of system specs you have to be able to get it that nice?

I've installed the simple native trainer and I was on a shootout call so I called for noose backup using Alt+N it called for noose backup but the trainer also responded to those keys by spawning a motorcycle, right between were I was taking cover behind my car and the shooters and put me on the motorcycle and i ended up getting killed. So how can I get Simple Native Trainer to play niceley with LCPDFR is there a setting to only access it by the menu not any hot keys?

I'm getting it more often, once out of every 10-15 times maybe.

My current system can rn GTA IV ok...but then I realize I have betwwen my current computer, and my closet full of random computer parts, I could easily have hundreds of dollars in parts. So I was thinking if I could sell off all my old computer parts I together I could make enough for a simple budget build. I am going to go take stock of all the parts I have and price out what they are selling for on ebay and get back to you on budget but any suggestions for a budget build are greatly appriciated.

How about a budget build parts list. I'd perfer to not have to spend one whole entire paycheck just on the cpu. :confused:

I did get it to happen again so it may be a bug not sure.

Apparently that was an isolated incident, I tried a pull over again, worked flawlessly this time. :confused:

Using .95 RC2. I initiated a traffic stop the game prompts me to get out of my car, as soon as I got out the car started driving again, but it wasn't running away it drove at a normal pace, even stopped at red lights. The little red circle I'm supposed to walk into moved with the car, so I ran into it while the vehicle was stopped at a red light. I get to the part where I ask for the license, the light turned green and the car drove off but the traffic stop script continued, I pulled a license out of mid air and was prompted if I wanted to run the license. Not sure whats going on I have no other mods installed.

Anyone here interested in a small multiplayer group of LCPDFR? Im talking likae 5-6 players or so. Let me know, also would like if someone in the group could record it, could make for some cool vids.

Well that works. I am still really looking forward to Illumination 2 but i guess I can wait...just not too long though ;)

I agree i'd rather wait for something that works. That said. I would like to see if there is atleast a way for me to contol the standard in game lights and sirens independantly. Afterall you don't go lights and sirens for a pull over. If not ill just have to live with it bt that should be simple, a mod could just stop the siren audio from playing when i trigger it.
