Can't play LSPDFR on newest ragehook. Sadly, the mods updated to use them but LSPDFR crashes on load. I guess we'll have to wait for the mod to update?

Thanks for the info on this issue. I have also reinstalled LSPDFR a few times, trying different things trying to get it to work, glad its not random issue to just a few of us. Like previous statement, as soon as I get behind a car and "Plate check" I get the crash, everything else works fine. "Plate check" causes crash and when you use other features like "Tow truck, Coroner" You don't receive any confirmation from dispatch but when you plate check, crash. Cannot wait for the "Police Radio" update, everyone is doing an amazing job in the GTAV Modding Community, honestly did not think it would have made it this far for how anal R* is with Grand Theft Auto 5, much kudos!

Much appreciated! Been using every other feature besides plate check with no issue. No complaints from this department!

Sound like the best job ever! I work in a service department for motorcycles and get to listen to complaints... ALL DAY

The Plate Check crash is a known bug, FinKone will be working on a fix as soon as he has time, life has been hectic for him the past few days. keep check on the download page for an eventual update to resolve this.

We all have that problem, waiting for the update, nothing to you.

To find the log for rage hook
go to RagePluginHook.ini   (THE LOG IS FOUND RIGHT UNDERNEATH THE LAUNCH APPLICATION) it will have a little picture that has a piece of paper with a gear on it. Open that... Copy its contents and paste them here!

Geezo thanks for this. I have read this earlier on in the day and you giving it to me saved me searching for it again, It now works thanks so much.
For some reason all that worked was one of the same things that i have done about 4 times but it happened a little bit differently As i use steam i went to where the game files for steam goes and deleted gta 5 and then dragged over my backup of gta 5. Normally steam recognizes those new files as the gta 5 game. However this time it said wait you need to dwnload gta 5 to your computer. So i did that but during the first 20 seconds of the 60 something GB download it released those new gta 5 files and it did a 700MB download instead and now its been working since. .

You know what, I forgot I had N* menu installed since I rarely ever use it and the trainer stays saved. I feel like an idiot now. thanks Will Problem solved

No, not yet. But as TheChef said, you can force a callout by pressing X.

Can't answer that, but in case you didn't know yet, you can force a callout with 'x' or 'ctrl+x'.

Make sure your ragehook config file has Console=F4 in it.  Seems that is missing for some people.

Registered just to say im running into the same issue AND report a couple more issues:
I can't get the console to open with F4 using the latest LSPDFR and version 0.20.641.4077 of ragehook plugin.  (I'm not using any .asi mods that would override this, just LSPDFR)
HOWEVER, if i remove LMS.Common.dll from the main folder and run the game again, the console opens just fine but LSPDFR crashes (obviously, as its a key file)
When ingame and i pull someone over and ask for ID, i get nothing.  Its not shown on the screen and looking through the Brief menu shows me nothing.

But that doesn't matter anymore because...I am not quite sure what happened.
In my desperation, I rebooted my Computer after trying out your suggestions and installing LSPDFR from the start, because turning it off and on again has never done any harm.
And voilà: it works.

Totally forgot about the Startup file... Definitely check that.. Great catch OfficerRedDeviLGirl I bet it was a simple as that *facepalm*
very true.. missed that in the log. Rage works both ways.. old versions wont work on new versions.. and most of the time, new versions will not work VERY WELL on older versions.

I can't quit my job, as it has to do with stuff like this, supporting people and testing games XD

This is definitely the issue... from what I can tell it looks like a mod is still conflicting here. Not sure how as of yet, but you may try running LSPDFR all by its self and see what the log says then.. or if that fixes the issue... slowly re implement your mods until you find which one is breaking the game.

Ya I would say that is a verified incident. By changing the keys for my trainers activation.. It fixed this issue. Seems script hook thought a trainer was more important than my LSPDFR command... silly trainer

The problem probably is the Trainer you may have installed, be sure to change the key that opens the Trainer in the .ini file of the trainer. And if it still doesn't work you can always load your plugin through the Startup document you can open with Notebook. Write in the startup document ''LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll''
