So, currently, I'm putting everything to max and stuff, and when I'm in the shadows the ENB looks amazing. But, coming out into the sunlight, the lights/sky turns really dull. I don't have the feeling of it being bright at all, everything is just like downgraded. Now, I know some stuff can be edited to brighten the game, but I don't know what to do. I'm really digging SteveTheGamer55's ENB setup, and if anyone can tell me what he did that would be perfect! But yeah, if you can help please list what I can do to improve the brightness/sunny sky in my game. SETUP: MSI GTX 970 4G i7 4770-3.4 GHz 16 Gb Ram

You know when you try to pull over someone, your guy might yell on the bullhorn (Is that what its called?) "PULL OVER", or "IF YOU DONT WANT TO END UP DEAD, STOP THE VEHICLE", stuff like that. I've been looking at police files in OpenIV, but they all appear to be dispatch sounds. Anywhere to find it?

I was able to fix this through a clean directory. Had the issue before, with crashing at story mode, Rage 37, all that good stuff. Now, I just replaced my GTA V directory with a clean directory [No mods, meant for online], and started modding from there. Installing cars, callouts, scripts, and more! I also don't use a mods folder, so maybe that will help? Its been working like a charm ever since.

So, just installed BxBug's CVPI. Beautiful. Just beautiful. The only thing is, that its optimized for police4 and sheriff! A bummer, because I wanted to have that gorgeous in the "police" slot. Since this is a OIV file, I really don't know how to do this all. Thing is, I could 1) Go into the OIV file, drag the sheriff ytds/yfts into the desktop and rename em to "police". Then, replace the carviations. Thats what I got so far.Would that be good? 2) What meta files do I need to edit, and what else is required? If you can help me with this, I would really appreciate it! Please link the OpenIV paths of all this stuff, because I'm not an expert on paths also.

Ah, alright. Yeah, I personally don't know shat with metas and stuff. Maybe you could find someone with more expertise, because thats not me haha.

This might/or might not match your criteria, but you could definitely go for the "FOV Mod". Lets you choose your field of view, whether you like being closer to the steering wheel or farther. You can find it on GTA5-Mods.

Yeah, I know that, thats what people have been telling me last time. Do you know if he uses SweetFX or any others textures/ENBs, because Steve doesn't put his ENB mods in many of his videos.

I recently been searching up some old LCPDFR videos, mainly from Steve. Every video from him has that beautiful ENB, in which people have been saying in the comments that its CryEnb V3. So, what do I do? I download CryEnb v3, install it, and load into GTA 4. It is greatly improved, but not so much to Steve's level. The sun doesn't seem to be bright, if I face in a a particular direction (East, North, or West), it seems brighter than if I face South. South seems to be darker and more duller. Also, the night seems really band, with just a black for the sky. Sorry, I can't take a screenshot for some reason, so I can't get you a better picture in mind. So, my question is: What does SteveTheGamer55 do to make his ENB stand out so more? What am I doing wrong? Did he combine an ENB? I know it can't be my settings, cuz I have a pretty good setup: Setup: MSI GTX 970 4GB. i7 4770 12 Gb Ram. Also: My Settings for CryEnb v3 Insane Settings SweetFX Thats all I know, so please help me. Been trying to do this already for two forums, but none of them helped. I also sent a message to him, but he didn't respond back.

Alright, so I installed CryEnb v.3. Put it on Ultra-High, put all that good stuff in. But it still looks rather bland! Textures are fine, lights could be better, but the weather/sun light is absolutely horrible. It seems as if I go North or East, it appears nice and bright, but if I turn lets say West/East, it looks like as if it has gotten darker, and there seems to be low-lighting. I can't get my screenshots to work with steam, even though I bought GTA 4 through steam. Now, I really want to know how SteveTheGamer55 makes his ENB so beautiful! It just looks so much better than mine, and people have been saying he uses CryEnb V.3 (Please correct me if I am wrong). Heres a picture of what I want it to look like (This is Steve's FDLC episode, Day 36). Also, anyway to make the ELS lights more prettier?

As for now, I'm doing the method where you have 1 modded folder, 1 online folder. You overwrite your directory with either modded/online, but again have to make a backup of which one you choose. That's using up some space, and it takes a while. Is there anyway better to switch between the folders? Also, the modded folder should contain like: - Rage/Scripthook. -LSPDFR/Trainer - Various different callouts - Modded assets [Guns, Police Vehicles, Planes, siren, etc] - Modded Sounds [Siren, weapons, etc] - LED Improvement mods [Radiance] That should be what I put in my folders. Anyways, thanks for your help! ;]

Ah, I think thats the issue. I validated my files without deleting the directory? I hope so, anyways I got it running. But to the last update. Thanks for feedback.

Alright, so I had to go through validating steam files for my game to work again because I messed it up when modding. Then, I update scripthook to latest. Then update rage to v. 29. So, when I load up the game through ragehook (Running admin), it says "Update social club to latest version". So, I download social club 505. 2 and it says :GTA V isn't installed in your system. Please help.

So, recently, I got the new update on the new helicopters, new yachts, stuff like that. The update was 1.31 I'm pretty sure. But, I messed up something when modding, causing my game not to work. I reverted to a backup I had, which was before the update. That backup version was running on GTA V's update - 1.0.573.1. Now, I validated my game files through steam, but yet It didn't update my game to 1.31. Is there any manual update out there? Am I stuck with this version? Or will it automatically update sometime? Your help is appreciated! EDIT: I'm having another issue. It says to download the latest version of social club, which is 505 .2. I did download that, and now it says something along the lines of GTA V isn't installed in this system. My lord.

Thank you guys! The texture improved, which made it bearable. It wasn't quite like Jeff Favignano's texture in his video, but it was good enough. But what do I do with the regular light bar (THe one that you get with the stock Staniers, the Riot Van, Sheriff Granger, etc), that one seems to have a weird LED.

So, I downloaded a CVPI from POLICESCO, and I have the newest LED v.8.0 installed. I expected to have a beautiful LED bloom and stuff, like this (Pic From Jeff Favignano's Video), here it is but it turned out pretty crappy. The model was amazing, but not the lightbar LEDs. I have VisualV, and running basically on Normal. PostFX doesn't really help. GPU: GTX 635.

Hello, looks like my question on this didn't get answered, and I still need help!!!! Anyways, once I downloaded LED Corona and Spotlight v8.0, it turned the lights for stock vehicles(In this case the Sheriff Granger, Police Riot) a weird light color. I mean by like the Blue LEDs would turn a light-turquoise shade, and the Red/Orange lights would just turn kinda plain, ugly. Other vehicles such as modded CVPIs or Dodge Chargers with Arjents look beautiful, but not these stock vehicles. Can anyone tell me what to do or at least help me? I am running this on VisualV, but I have a low-end graphics type of PC. Im the one who has to run everything on normal. Graphics Card: GTX 635 (Ouch)! Processor: i7-4770 CPU (Is that good lmao???)

Really doesn't work. I tried it on Post FX High/Very High/Ultra and all didn't work.h/Ultra and they all didn't work.

Downloaded LED Corona v8.0, and it looks amazing on the new LAPD Ajrent CVPI models and such! But not so much on those stock vehicles. Does anybody know the fix to these, or at least help me figure out how to tune the lights so they don't look so disgusting.
