    Use your command prompt hit start and type in cmd. Then type in ipconfig /release - this'll turn off your internet connection temporarily. When you're done playing type in ipconfig /renew and it will restore the connection. This works for me, I have retail version, non steam.

    I have a suggestion for a future callout - a bomb threat perhaps. There is a juggernaut outfit in game, I wonder if that could somehow be applied and used in such a a callout scenario.
