Hello, Some of you know that I have the 7950 3GB GDDR5. So the problem is, I have the Game4Video ENB, Fiona5 road textures, Carrythxd's weapon pack, all police models are replaced. Everything on MAX, except for the bars are on 40, and I lag 25-60 FPS. So, Carrythxd (Has a GTX 580) uses the same mods as I do except for road textures and he has a "High end Poly" Car pack (His v4 car pack). He doesn't lose any textures, his graphics settings are ALL on max. And he doesn't use a commandline, and he tells me that he gets no lag.
