Brand new to Zmodeler, but would love to make this happen for you guys. It's a 2003 CVPI, so it's simple, but still is nice.
Problems: 
-I don't know much about modeling. So lights. Can't get those to work, or spotlight to work either.
-Some textures aren't working, like the partition, and the computer, although I have the textures in the .ytd
If anyone at all can help me even the slightest, that would be VERY appreciated.

In the very very early stages of development. I have succeeded in hoisting a ped back into the helicopter, not just rappelling down! This is going to require a lot more work to make it smooth and reliable, but I wanted to share a quick screenshot as this is the first time this has been done in GTA V as far as I know.

This is what I spent almost a week fixing!

LSSD Out on scene of a vehicle that was struck by a train!
**Reason K9 is there is I was patrolling in the K9 Unit and witnessed the car get hit**
 

Gonna work on some newer LAPD cruisers. This'll be my first one, I'll get it released in the next few days. Model is going to have to be locked due to the lightbar and ANPR, but if anybody wants the finished model without those parts unlocked, I can send that after the release to you if you PM me.
