A month in development trying to get it to work with GTA V's Siren System then transitioned EVL and finally finished. These 2 CVPI's are based on the LAPD & LASD but presented as LSPD & LSSD Fleet Vic's. Features a reworked Arjent made to work with EVL, accurate interior's to my knowledge and what I saw from pictures, & etc.

Bugs (1):
Gauge's are inaccurately calibrated, I expect you could rely on the good ole SNT Speedometer in the upper right like in IV Notes (1):
Recommended using fellow ljcrary's Crown Victoria Sound Mod http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8689-crown-victoria-sound-mod-v2/ & a visual mod of self choice Updates might come in the near future. This mod will be updated to support ELS when released. Requirements (1):

Installation:
Model is unlocked. HOWEVER, PLEASE GIVE PROPER CREDITS WHERE DUE. Will add more variety to these vehicles.
I will be adding a 'tutorial' on how to ADD this rather than replace the cars.

NOTE while it does work without  change the meta file this will help.
GO TO vehicle.meta

In the meta file find police3 and fbi. Change the handling vehicle from fbi and police3 to dominator
Then go to flags and make sure it has FLAG_HAS_EXTRA and FLAG_HAS_LIVERY for both FBI and police3. The model supports multiple 
liveries. I made the SAHP livery quickly so it is far from perfect plus I am not much of the typical SAHP style liveries.
Updates will come with more extras. Has working spot light. Bugs with model is from base model.

In this texture pack you get uniforms for male and female.You will get six different colored shirts which all come in short and long sleeve, Three different pants and two different colors for the campaign hat.
Each separate folder has install instructions in them.
You will also get HD patch's and badge's which comes with all the texture's in this texture pack.
This pack is all based in Florida so I'm sure you will find the right outfit for your County and sense this is GTA V I still have GTA v based patch's with a little recolor and new badge's.

I don't answer installation questions about where to install. the latest update pack.
there are so many explanations about it.
Install carcols in the meta otherwise it won't work.
 
When Using this car on another slot. Goto Carvariations and change the sirensettings to the value of of the carcols id. or change the carcols id.
For amber lights replace the cv_interior in the YTD with the .dds file provided in the rar.
It has multiple extra set-ups to use.  
 
As many requested, a LSPD CVPI mx7000/Arjent s2 version.

This is a texture of the Osceola County, FL Sheriff's CVPI car.
There are some little adjustments that I need to fix. Such as a little  tweak on the license plate and the side vinyl. 
The vinyl could be a darker green, but it looks good to me.
I decided to go ahead and just spot this. TY
The original texture is from, Los, a GTA IV Texture that I fixed to work with the GTA 5 CVPI.

These are the car textures that some people have been requesting to go along with my uniform textures. They're based off the old LVMPD design, while the transport unit is the new design, I think. I may or may not add more cars to this over time(I like to move onto to new shit). Car links are included in the readme. A few of the car skins are untested so sorry if the some look slightly bad, I kinda rushed to release this.

This is a texture for the 2012 Dodge Charger. This is a high quality texture.
The file I have provided does not include the vehicle model. You will need to download those seperately. The model in the screenshots is by Martinct and is his 2012 Dodge Charger with Code 3 defender lightbar. It is highly recommended that you use that model with this texture.
