Hi there!
A little something to match the LSPD pack I released already.
Fairly small amount of lights, which I though was ample for a small rural department.

There are some bugs as with any models:
glass doesn't break ( I have no clue why this is, I've followed every tutorial on the planet about this. Not really sure if it is my zmod or something. If you can't deal with this issue please don't download) Nothing other than that which is major (hopefully (lemme know) there aren't anymore)

Hello everybody!
This is my very first Vehicle Modification for GTA V, it's also my first car using Zmodeler 3, so bear with me. THIS IS VERY MUCH STILL WIP.
It is a simple Arjent CVPI, It will spawn 100% of the time with the Arjent, and also has a pushbar (which will be updated once I can fix the model). It does not have disappearing wheels or lights! HERE IT IS BOYS AND GIRLS! The New York State Division of Police. After two months of literally the hardest work I've ever spent on models including I swear to god im not exaggerating hours of research and pictures, and spamming my Discord for help, and spamming the New York tag on my Discord for help. This pack includes 19 vehicles, but it is only 5 or 6 actual bases, it just includes a ton of variants for each vehicle. Includes Tahoes, Vics, etc. every single vehicle as accurate as possible to their IRL counterpart, except 2016 FPIUs, Chargers, and Tahoes and 2012 Caprices which will all be added in the future with Highriser versions. Some of the vehicles are outdated, so if you check the unit number and it's like a 2017 Dodge Charger it means that they have replaced it, I just kept these around because unique CVPIs in the NYSP are being phased out and if I did a modern day pack with all active cars they would be scarce. If you are overwhelmed read the "If you are overwhelmed" notepad because these are NOT add on, so you need to choose between vehicles , or add them on yourself and that file will 100% help you, along with the "About" notepads in each model folder. A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.

A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis

3. Drag the vehicles.meta included in the "vehicles.meta" folder into: gtav/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gtav, using OpenIV in edit mode.
4. Drag all VCF files in the "ELS VCFs" folder into Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default.

-CVPI windshield does not shatter.
-Due to the slots they are in, policeold1 and policeold2 spawn in with matte paint. This can be fixed by manually changing the color of the car in your trainer.

It is highly recommended that you use @GravelRoadCop's Whelen sirens with this modification. If you want to get ultra-realistic his Whelen Epsilon siren is by far the best representation of what Venice Police.

This vehicle is quite high-poly, so I don't recommend those with a lower end system to use (However I have noticed absolutely no performance loss with this vehicle in my game). Also, I recommend using RDE with this vehicle. And, one other thing; My extra_11 is not working on zmod currently. I apologize for the lack of takedowns and will fix this ASAP. Please use your high beams for now :D
