Then this is the mod for you.
It is recommended you use this with my carcols:
Goes in: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
Note: These are not realistic, just bright in general. You may edit and reupload, but please provide credit (There is no need to message me for perms)
Known Bugs: Taxi lights are brighter than satan's butthole.

ECED
ECED is a visual mod for emergency lighting coronas that allows them to be viewed at extreme distances. 
 
It only works on coronas, and will not work with LED lights.
ECED is now compatible with LED textures.
 
If some coronas are hidden behind components but present, they will not be as bright at a distance as the exposed ones.
There are options for amber indicators on or off/default.
 
There is a new option for those who feel their cars get dirty too fast.
 
Linked below is a video demonstration, as screenshots don't accurately represent the distant lights.
 
 
TIPS
I recommend you turn on DOF. This setting requires a restart to take effect.
I recommend combining this mod with either Fenix2525WOT's Emergency Lighting Revolution or thegreathah's Enhanced Emergency Lighting.
With ECED stacked on top of a modified carcols file, less powerful PC's will have an FPS drop. Lower your shadow quality to combat this.
You can also lower your reflection quality during night patrols for an FPS boost when combined with a carcols.ymt file.
 
ELS
ELS is disabled at a certain radius around the player. 
When conditions are met, LED textures will vanish as intended.
However, the coronas will stay visible because of ECED, just as they always have been.
This is why you will see your LEDs on a non-ELS towtruck at a distance, but not on your LEO ELS Vehicles.
 
THIS MOD WILL OVERWRITE VISUALV TIMECYCLE FILES

This is a required dependency for all of my script modifications. Instead of uploading new versions of all my mods just to update Albo1125.Common, I will update it here and you can download and install it.
If there is an update available for Albo1125.Common, you will be notified ingame.
This does not do anything by itself. It is a helper assembly for all of my other modifications that can be viewed by clicking here!

LSPDFR Troubleshooter by Albo1125
This application checks for errors in your LSPDFR and RPH installations. It also checks for & fixes installation errors in my own mods, and various other popular ones.
Most errors can be automatically fixed by this application. If you're experiencing issues, give this a try!
To use: Launch the EXE file. Wait for LSPDFR Troubleshooter by Albo1125 to check for updates. Follow the procedures.

My third Siren Mastery related upload and this time it's a Code 3 Mastercom siren! It contains Wail, Yelp, Hilo, Hyper Yelp and Horn tones.  As I've done with other Siren Mastery releases I add a slight echo to the tones (only the wail in this case) to make it sound authentic.

This mod is made for SirenMastery by Albo1125 only, due to the siren having 9 tones and it would be hard to choose which ones should go in a non-SirenMastery version. You are however free to use the sound files that are within this mod and make it how you want yourself. Should you choose to release it, please include my credits where appropriate.

Siren Mastery is a script modification that allows you to master your siren tones. Toggle to your secondary siren at the press of a key/button, silence your siren using any key/button you like and even control exactly which 'secondary' siren plays! You can be up and running with Siren Mastery within 5 minutes (installation tutorial click HERE).

Change the Siren Toggle key/button and assign it an optional modifier key/button. Change the 'lights only' toggle key/button and assign it an optional modifier key/button. This works even if your siren is off so you can control whether your siren should play before turning your lights on. New 'Toggle Secondary Siren' key/button with an optional modifier key/button. This allows you to switch to secondary sirens without having to hold down a key/button. New 'Toggle Bullhorn' key/button with an optional modifier key/button. This allows you to keep sounding your bullhorn without having to hold down a key/button. Works simultaneously with sirens. New 'Next Siren' key/button that cycles to the next siren. Can optionally include the Off state as a cycle stage. Your siren now stays on when you leave your vehicle and you don't mute it. This can be disabled from the GeneralConfig file. Determine the siren tone that should be playing. You are able to select which siren tone to play, including the ability to differentiate between secondary sirens. Additional Siren Modes Dual Siren Mode. Manual Siren Mode. Additional customisable sirens per vehicle model. Allows you to have up to TEN total sirens per vehicle model. Fully Functional and Customisable UI. Feel free to create and release your own custom UI files. The size and position of the UI can be customised via the UIConfig file. Customisable Siren Switching Tones (like Siren Switch Honker). Sirens are fully customisable per vehicle model via an XML file. All keybindings are customisable and fully customisable controller support is included. The vehicles.awc size and length limits are effectively removed while using Siren Mastery, allowing for greater siren variety. New in this GTA V version:
Works with SirenMastery by Albo1125 Wail has been fixed and now loops perfectly. A manual Wail has been created. Airhorn size has been reduced heavily (Non-SirenMastery version) Mod Content:

Recently I've been working hard on this Whelen 295SL series siren mod. It is made for SirenMastery by Albo1125. The 295SL series siren has two variations: the 295SLSA6 and 295SLSA1. They both have the exact same siren tones, only difference is the ability to control lighting on the SLSA6. The TEN siren tones included in this siren mod are wail, yelp, piercer, hi-lo, fast yelp, backup wail, backup yelp, warble (powercall), fast warble, and horn.

For people who are still getting sick from being ran over by drivers freaking out because of gunshots, StopShittingbricks® might be the answer.
StopShittingBricks® stops peds in cars from, well, shitting bricks / freaking out and running you over.
StopShittingBricks® is not a plugin but a file modification, so performance drops are non-existent.
StopShittingBricks® will stop most peds in vehicles from freaking out when shots are fired, they will still react when being shot at.
Peds on foot are unchanged.
Please note that this is an alpha version, and it is not perfect yet, some cars might still freak out.
Place the included events.meta in update/update.rpf/common/data using OpenIV.
A backup file is also provided.

Here is my Federal Signal Smart Siren SS2000! This is the same siren used by the LAPD and NYPD among other many other departments throughout the United States. This pack contains a Wail, Yelp, Priority and Horn all of which can be heard in the video below (with an added Hi/Lo for the Siren Mastery version!) Full install instructions are included for both the Siren Mastery and traditional install methods. Unfortunately due to the vehicles.awc limit being 15.7mb I had to remove '0x17E9AF5D' which is a train passing sound. This will only affect you if you are using the traditional method of install. Siren Mastery only method will not mute this sound. I did try to compress the siren as much as I could without compromising quality, but I couldn't push it below the limit. You've probably never heard the sound I muted in-game before and won't notice it's gone and lets face it, it's worth it for this awesome siren, right?!

Here is a UI replacement for Albo1125's Siren Mastery. Made to look like the Whelen Cencom, it may not accurately model what they real world unit does but I think its pretty close!
Included is a fully labeled Cencom unit and a blank should you want to customise one to your own taste.

This is a simple and compact, yet aesthetically satisfactory UI for Albo1125's Siren Mastery, based on the real life Code 3 H2 Covert handheld siren system.

The UI scaling factor pictured in the screenshots is 0.75.

The UI works with all vehicles, but is best suited for up to 7 sirens. Sirens 8 - 10 share a common, generic button.
By default, it's configured so that sirens 1 and 5 are Primary, siren 4 is horn. To edit, rename files in the /UI/On folder.
