you can stick it into patchday20ng, whatever the latest dlc is will override the previous dlcs.- 16 comments

From the way I understand it, the left front wheel is copied 3 more times to a dummy placement on the car where the other three wheels are, the wheels should not be different sizes, and from what I can tell in game, all of the wheels are the same size.

Not sure what you're referring to. It may have something to do with dummy placement, I will look into it.

You used to at least and the Charger was my idea to replace the Mustang as I could not find a 2006 model year that was unlocked.

South Carolina Gaming by SCLED Noah Laurens County was formed in 1785. It was named after Henry Laurens, the fifth president of the Continental Congress. When driving on I-26, it is one of the more beautiful counties to drive through. I have personally been to Laurens, it's small, quaint, and it's sheriff cars are sexy! WhiteHillsFD53 recommended that I model a Laurens County pack, so here it is! It's always good to put South Carolina agencies on the map. I hope everyone enjoys. I plan on updating this pack as necessary. Let me know in the comments if there are any issues, or PM me. Please use the reviews to be constructive. In this pack, you will find two types of liveries, the more simplistic, black and silver livery is the newer livery and the blue and gold one is the older livery. I enjoy them both but I think it prudent to include both. I purposely did not include them on newer vehicles for obvious reasons. Reference pictures can be found at www.scpolicecruisers.com Installation: Use OpenIV and navigate the "patchday20ng" dlc (mods/update/dlcpacks/patchday20ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf) and install the files into there. Simply drag and drop into the vehicles.rpf. Feel free to rename the cars and put into whatever slot you wish. Make sure to rename the ELS VCF files accordingly. I would like to point out a few inaccuracies in the skin: -The orange stripe has a blue outline -There needs to be a sign that says "Ambulance" below the "Richland County EMS" Decal on the sides -Two stars of life are on the front of the ambulance box -a reflected backward "ambulance" decal is on the front of the hood. I've made skins for it before, it is indeed a black H.E.A.T. highway patrol 2014 Charger. I think there's only a handful of them, but I can definitely plan and doing that, thanks for the suggestion!

I live in Richland County, and these are great! Their fleet is mostly Interceptors like these. I will say that the font is a little less bold in real life, that or I would space them out a point or two.
