Since it's only 3 cars I decided not to do an addon pack, plus my singleplayer game doesn't want to cooperate, I'd recommend watching Albo's Modding DLC tutorial on how to convert it to addon if you wish to pursue that option.
I used a Non-ELS sequencer since this pack was originally Non-ELS. I believe you can do something similar with the ELS flashers since they are mapped to 7, 8, and 9.
Thank you. In the description I noted that I will not be making any changes to these vehicles. I have, however, provided a templated light map for you to be able to change each individual light module to your heart's content.
Thank you, I did my best to replicate all of these cars are in accordance to their real world counterparts, unfortunately they don't run more lights in the back other than the lightbar IRL.
I will be working on an update, however SCHP does not use any Soundoff products, their new setup actually is a complete Federal Signal Pathfinder system with an FedSig Allegiant. Other setups use Impaxx, and Ions, and they use a Whelen Inner Edge RST for the deck light. I have a neighbor who just got the new slicktop setup.
Okay let me address this in bits:
First off, you have to enable the the component in the mod menu of your trainer, then fix your car. Every time I do this, the desired component appears.
Second, I did not provide the models with LODs 1...4, this is because it eats up file size, I have provided the vehicles.meta to fix this. If it is still not working, try increasing the number under "LOD distance" in the meta I provided. If you don't have a beefy computer, this may not be an option and for that I apologize.
Third, make sure you have installed the cars with the files I provided and in a correct manner, this is to be used with a dlc addon pack such as Albo's for which I have provided a link to, it is in a reply above.
Lastly, no end user shall edit the files I have provided, nor will I provide these models in an unlocked state as this violates numerous terms of use by the modders I have acquired these parts/base models from.
This video should show you everything you need to know regarding addon DLCs
"I created a dlc folder, updated dlclist, put the vehicles in vehicles.rpf, put the metas in the data folder"
When you create a dlc, you have to also edit content.xml and setup2.xml, for some reason I cannot create a dlc that works, which is why I provided the files in the format that they are in.
All of my attempts to make a standalone dlc pack have failed, perhaps this is out of my skill range or competency at the moment. I did provide these with the intent to be used with Albo's modding DLC pack. If anyone would like to convert this into a standalone DLC pack and send it to me, I will upload a version of that so it's more or less "drag and drop" Thanks Red!
You might want to try these https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/19337/fix-for-game-memory-error-may-2018-by-police18651 if you haven't already. This is usually the issue when it comes with loading car mods and crashing in GTA 5.
