It's all gonna be included in next EUP update with clothing menu, no more go back and forth and skin control (still needed to save/load your character face) -
Running animation in enhanced native trainer, COPCHASE1 or COPCHASE2 -
I don't know the date, It depends on when the clothing menu us stable and ready for release. I wish I could release it now. But with the clothing menu t's gonna be tter for everyone. I'm using S_M_Y_Hwaycop_02_voice

Where did you put dlclist.xml ? send me some screen of your dlcpacks folder with eup folder open and eupwinter if you have it too. and also a screen of your opened dlclist.xml

I'll see what I can do but there is only one texture variation for this hat. -
I simply took S_M_Y_Sheriff_01_p model and textures and rename it by a MP prop name, trust me if I add found a magic way to get NPC hats, it would be a green campaign hat on the photo, not the cowboy :P -
