Most of the time that's usually caused by your monitor resolution in game is not set to the correct resolution for your game. For example mine is 1600x900. You can see what your monitor resolution is currently set at in your computer settings.

Couldnt agree more. Even though lspdfr may be a little buggy sometimes I would rather play it for the way better graphics rockstar does and what not.

They are great cars but since ford no longer makes them then they really have no choice but to upgrade. It was more of Ford's doing that agencies get rid of them because eventually they are gonna die, no more new parts or anything like that. Take my agency I'm with for example. All full time officers have the chargers now. There is only one person that still drives a crown Vic and that's one of our srgts because he hates the chargers. The only other folks in our agency that drive crown vics are the reserves along with a few impala and honestly I prefer the crown Vic over the chargers. A lot more roomy inside of them. Unlike the charges you feel so confined and squished with that laptop and everything else.

Please make it to where you can change the LSPDFR controls. Super annoying when I access the Police computer in my car by hitting the E key and it turns the lights off.

No, because I do not live in California. That is a law in my state, but not theirs. Their laws may be a bit different but I'm sure they have a similar law.

Along with raising their voice and making threats, then you can be arrested for obstruction or disturbance. Here is the exact law in writting that backs that up at least in my state and most other states "If any person shall willfully or maliciously disturb, either by day or night, the peace and quiet of any city of the first class, town, village, neighborhood, family or person by loud or unusual noise, or by abusive, violent, obscene or profane language, whether addressed to the party so disturbed or some other person, or by threatening to kill, do bodily harm or injury, destroy property, fight, or by quarreling or challenging to fight, or fighting, or shooting off any firearms, or brandishing the same, or by running any horse at unusual speed along any street, alley, highway or public road, he shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, on conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, at the discretion of the court or jury trying the same."

Because it is a first amendment right. I'm a Police Reserve Officer IRL. We have the same power a full time officer does, we are just volunteers is the only difference. We can usually find another reason to arrest you though if we really wanted to be dicks. Walking in the roadway alone is arrestable in my state unless a sidewalk isn't available.

Hello, Every time I try to download any type of mod of any kind I get an error: Is this just happening to me or everyone? I've been downloading stuff all day today then out of no where, I get this error. I also tried clearing my cache/cookies but no luck.

Yeah, I think it would be cool to have robberies. Shouldn't be hard for a basic robbery. Just spawn some crooks with guns in a clucking bell. However, more advanced robberies to where you actually go in as SWAT and stuff would be extremely difficult to do.
