So first off let me give a big shout out and thanks to everyone involved in making LSPDFR and keeping it going! As well as all the modders with the extra stuff! Excellent job and we all appreciate it! Secondly, I just want to throw out a thought if anyone can do it...unless I am doing something wrong it seems when I am chasing people on foot I just run into them and we both fall lol...wondering if there is a way to create a mod so when chasing on foot the officer tackles them and goes straight into arresting the suspect on the ground right after you tackle him/her! I think could add a LOT of realism to the mod. Thoughts? Opinions?

Do you have C++ 2017? I am having an issue with the car pack I downloaded, it works with ELS but 2 other vehicles I replaced the same way dont work with ELS even though they are ELS vehicles....really weird and I cant figure out why 🤬

I also want to know if I need scripthookvdotnet because ELS works for a pack I installed but it does NOT work with 2 other vehicles I installed...getting really annoyed lol

For some odd reason, ELS works amazing on the BCSO pack from kilroy95...however I installed a new explorer and from inside that car the ELS control doesn't show up and just turns on wigwags...so I added ANOTHER vehicle and it does the samething...has anyone ran into a similar issue? Thinking I'll try to uninstall the ASI and the other file in openIv tools and do a restart, but other people who tried that ELS wasnt working for ANY of there cars...🤔

Yea it is freaking awesome! But now what I dont understand is the 2 other ELS vehicles I downloaded do the samething with just the wigwags...🙄🤔😑🤬 I installed them correctly for sure...

Like, we dont have to put it into the root folder or anything like that? Just install to the PC then install c++ 2017 and do samething?

Yea but just installing it to the PC, not INTO Gta?

Mine didnt work...I re-install all GTA-5 and ELS, when I get home gonna throw in BCSO pack by kilroy95 and see what happens!

Yea so when I installed ELS, I double checked everything and was insanely simple...the vehicle pack may have thrown me off as I ended up having to make my own paths in the mod folder because it was empty....instead of going to the most recent patch day, I went straight to x64e and followed that path to vehicles where it shows ALL vehicles and dragged them in there, and put the XML (VCF) files in the ELS folder and into the pack_default subfolder...but hey should I use the latest ScripthookV for 0.4? Thanks for your help too I appreciate it, I know yall get alot of craziness, I did everything I know to do besides wait for it to re-install lol

Yea sorry I must have been out of it! The lights were not coming on and the control menu wouldnt pop up, I had .asi loader, openiv, and a bunch of other possible needed files...before I ramble on pointlessly I gave up today and completely wiped out GTA 5 and am reinstalling...however do you know if I have to have any other external files added into the main directory to have the .asi plugins work properly? I will follow up if it works on re-install

You just download C++ 2015 to the computer? I also downloaded scripthookvdotnet2, Scripthook, and visual c++ and now it doesn't even open through ragehook 😱

Thanks for the update! Hopefully that will work for me as well...seems weird its gotta be the 2015 rather than the 17 or the newest, at least for yours 🤔 but I'm gonna try it

I'm having the same issue...I'm going to try updating Scripthook thinking maybe my versions are out of date...did you download ELS 1.05?

Isn't there a scripthook.ini file that you also need? Maybe I'm wrong but doesn't hurt to mention...I cant remember

Double check and download the latest scripthookV file and put it in your GTA5 root directory and see if that works, I'm curious as I'll be trying that too...I am having the same issue

Does anyone happen to know if this vehicle pack mod has the most up-to-date scripthook file? The vehicles work great but not the lights...already have a similar topic open for this but I am not in front of my computer atm I am at work..if anyone knows that should tell me the answer of why they aren't working, thanks in advance fellas

Ladies and Gentlemen, First and formost I would like to say this is by FAR the BEST mod for a game thats out right now. I would also like to apologize in advance if this is posted in the wrong area as I do not mess with any forums very much. Which brings me to my question. I have GTA IV updated to the latest version, it runs super fast on the highest settings with no crash, I installed LCPDFR 1.0B, still runs amazing no issues whatsoever. I add vehicles with no ELS version downloaded yet (police cars also NON-ELS versions) and everything still works fast as hell no issues =D the MOMENT I install ANY ELS version and ELS cars for THAT SPECIFIC VERSION OF ELS, (ALWAYS INSTALLED THE CORRECT WAY) my game crashes. I have tried so many different things in the .ini files uninstalling reinstalling and still nothing. Now yes I AM AWARE it's not anything wrong with ELS 5,6,7,8 ETC. it's something with my PC the only time it ends up crashing is ONLY with ELS. Any help will be greatly appreciated as this is the only thing I have been wanting to play succesfully ever since i discovered it and it's been eating me alive!!!!! LOL THANKS IN ADVANCE!!! Can anyone shed some light on what the possible issue is?!?!
