Than u cant edit the files. without making a mods folder ask other people how to that I don't know how. I had the same struggle as you. I got the disk version too but I later got the steam version.

I installed a new siren mod yes. So if I replace fbi with your car would the sirens and lights work? because it is replacing another police car at that point. So would the lights work then. ( I don't know lol im a noob) Its a nice car btw good job- 53 comments

Did you buy your game off steam or from somewhere else? Because if it was a disk version rockstar blocks files from being changed. But the steam version you can edit.

I have no door opening or shutting sound ( I don't know if that's normal ) and im just getting a standard car horn

No, I got this mod called gang warfare and when I press f9 it doesn't work. Its a script hook 5 prob. Can I have a link to an updated version idk where to find it.

Hi I just attempted to install lspdfr but when I try to use scripthook my game crashes plz help.

If you use simple native trainer go into car options then press open hood and open trunk then u should be able to get the highraisers up- 36 comments

Press f4 I think it is then type loadplugin and u should see lspdfr then after u loaded it press alt+p
