  4. Look, GTA is a poorly optimized game constantly updating that can be randomly broken for some people with zero logical reason. This version of the pack was tested by dozens of people in early access on my discord without any bugs being reported. You may be making some small mistake we aren't determining, or you may just be unlucky, like I am when it comes to getting ENB to work. But just because it's broken for you doesn't mean it's broken for everyone else.
  5. If you had SSLA installed correctly, which is linked in the first line of the file description, then you wouldn't have that issue because those lights require SSLA to work.

YOU MUST INSTALL THE LATEST VERSION OF SIRENSETTING LIMIT ADJUSTER FOR ALL LIGHTS TO WORK!!!!! I WILL NOT SUPPORT YOU IF YOU DON'T!!!!!! Lighting Setups Please join my discord to stay up to date on projects and potentially get early access. There's currently discord exclusive releases of updates to KHP and Lenexa, as well as future projects. https://discord.gg/g4EwR4MyPW Johnson County, Kansas is an affluent suburb of Kansas City, covering 480 square miles with a population of 609,000 people. The largest cities in it are Overland Park, Olathe, Shawnee and Lenexa, with multiple smaller cities. It has a number of major highways running through it, including I-35, US-69, I-435, K-7 and K-10. The sheriff's office has nearly 500 sworn deputies and all patrol deputies receive a take home vehicle. One unique thing about this agency is that almost their entire fleet is made up of slicktop vehicles, with fully marked units being fairly rare. Some of their fleet includes former KHP vehicles, particularly chargers which predominantly go to supervisors. This pack contains 26 vehicles and around 40 something liveries. While it's not fully accurate as I'd need double GTA's limit for sirens for a fully accurate soundoff setup, this is as close as possible to get. Spotlights are animated and can be toggled from up or down by pressing H, with high beams as the emissive. Vehicles included: INSTALL (YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE DLC!!!! THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT WITHOUT EDITING A SHIT TON OF META FILES) USE MY DISCORD FOR SUPPORT! FAQs: My lights are dim- You need to install a light enhancing mod Change it to ELS only! No. I'm not going to spend days of my time making the patterns worse and adding bugs like floating lights when doors are open because you're too lazy to drag and drop the DLC into a folder and add 1 line to dlclist. Make it replace instead of DLC- No. These vehicles require special metas the average person won't know how to add in order to have the headlights, handling and most importantly the lights to work. This is the easiest way. Change something for my personal taste- No. These vehicles are designed to be as realistic as possible and with my taste. If you don't like it, make something yourself. Change it to Los Santos instead of the real life name- No. I've split Los Santos into multiple different agencies, and have no intention of having half a dozen "Los Santos PDs" in my game. XYZ is wrong- I've done countless days of research on these vehicles, and unless you have direct access to these vehicles, I probably know better. If anything is wrong, it is due to a lack of information or GTA limitations, such as parts or ELS limitations. Making them respond as backup- Watch one of these videos depending on what backup you use:
  16. My only interest is the Kansas City area, specifically JOCO. I don't mean this in any negative way, but if you want something made, it's best to learn how to do it yourself. It's what brought me where I am today. These are based off of real life cars and I have no intention of doing that. You can do it yourself by editing the textures then the non-els siren strings. I would recommend using LiveLights if you go that route.

This is a pack containing 54 vehicle models and 88 liveries, all featuring animated spotlights (hold H to toggle up/down, use high beams to activate them), reflective liveries, HQ interiors and as close to accurate as possible lighting setups. Years of research went into this pack to make it as accurate as possible down to the unit and license plate number when info was available. Overland Park is a quiet well off suburb of Kansas City that is the 2nd largest city in Kansas, with nearly 200,000 residents and sitting at 75 square miles. The agency has nearly 300 officers assigned to it and the vast majority of vehicles are 21+ dodge durangos, but older vehicles are still in the pool. Major highways include I-435, US-69 and a small section of I-35, as well as multiple major shopping districts that attract crime from Kansas City. Vehicles included- INSTALL (YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE DLC!!!! THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT WITHOUT EDITING A SHIT TON OF META FILES) USE MY DISCORD FOR SUPPORT! 17. That sounds like an issue with a conflicting siren string, most likely caused by a DLC that isn't one of mine using the same ID for the siren string. I'd recommend uninstalling all DLCs but this one the reinstalling one by one to determine the conflict, then changing one of them.
  18. You need to be way more specific than "so and so doesn't work" because that could mean any number of things.
  19. Because 95% of the time when some one says "I did everything and it doesn't work", they failed to follow instructions, 4% of the time they tried changing something themselves without understanding what they were doing or its a carcols ID conflict with another pack, and maybe 1% of the time it's legitimately an issue where some one did everything right and it doesn't work. You very well may be that 1%, but I don't know because I'm not watching you take every single step. At the end of the day, I'm making mods for my game with my taste, and releasing stuff with it working for everyone is not the goal, which is why it's not an ELS only pack that replaces the default cars. All my packs get beta tested with access given to hundreds of people in my discord long before public releases here, and its extremely rare that I get reports of game breaking bugs from them.
  20. Thank you, but unfortunately, these vehicles are meant to be as close to accurate setups of real life vehicles, down to the plate and unit numbers. This vehicle is unique setup wise.
  21. Please read the very first line in the description.
  22. SSLA only controls the number of lights and siren strings possible. That's a graphics issue. I recommend radianceV.
  23. That's Linwood, which is between Lawrence and Bonner Springs. Leawood is in between Overland Park and KCMO.
  24. That's going to make the entire paint scheme reflective, including the base color. Reflective liveries work best when it's only decals. Like I said, you need to use a completely transparent texture if you don't want reflective liveries enabled.
  25. After some testing, I confirmed it's because you deleted the "reflective" texture. Don't delete textures, especially ones that cover the entire body of the car, as the game will pull from random textures to replace it. Either use a reflective livery for your skin to replace it, or replace it with a transparent texture, such as the ones found under the name "reflective livery" in the ytd for fpd and fpd4.
