that's just another video showing off the police trying to arrest some one that's resisting arrest, and ends on the ground. And before you know it, there's someone filming and screaming ''police brutality'' without knowing the full story. All they see is the suspect on the ground and cops ''beating'' up some ''innocent'' person We need to let the cops do their job and hear the full story before we start screaming police brutality.

The coronas does spawn but far under the car so they can't be seen. On the rotors are some lightimmersive textures and the led lights are indicators. they can all be turned off but i won't really get into that.
