    Yep go into the game's settings, then click display and adjust the brightness & contrast to your liking but i think icenhancer 2.1 is supposed to be like that @ night.

    I keep getting the same error as policeEnforcer...doesnt matter which slot i put it in either.

    The spotlight mod V1.2(V1 doesnt work either) has stopped working for me, it keeps coming up with the "Lawenforcement" scripthook error. The weird things is that it was working fine when i used it last a couple of days ago and the only changes i made was i imported a new police car into the game, ive tried the scripthook listed in the spotlight d/l link but that didnt work & i deleted spotlight from the folders & reinstalled them but still didnt work...anyone know why its doing it?
