As for Traffic Control, yes, it will eventually. After I've got Code 3 Callouts to a point where I am happy with it, then I can take another look at Traffic Control.
By the way, I think I've finally squashed the last few bugs I needed to, for the next version of Code 3 Callouts. It still needs to go through testing, but expect an update very soon. 
Oh, and there will be TWO brand new callouts, as well as updates to the existing ones!!

Well, apparently I spoke too soon.  However, the game doesn't crash anymore so far which is a good thing.  I am only running LSPDFR 0.2b as of now.  When first installing LSPDFR, RPH works great, asks to unblock the files etc.  and can access the script menu F4 etc.   When I shut the game down and loaded it back up a few minutes later though, RPH Script menu command F4 no longer works.  Nothing changed in the install but it seems that it broke somewhere in the process.  I know this is an RPH issue and will be addressing it over on their site but wanted to update it here in case others have this same problem.  **UPDATE**  I kinda feel stupid right now but oh well lol.  According to the RPH forums, if your console doesn't come up, you must add a line to the RPH.ini file that says ConsoleKey=F4.  If anyone else is having this issue, try that and all should be good!
I did try this, which does load RPH with no issues, though the F4 menu still will not load.  When you say "Right Click>Properties>Unblock" I may be missing something but in my Win7 there is no option to unblock any files by right clicking on the .dll and going to properties.  If you could, let me know what step I'm missing.  Thanks!

I have every callouts mod except Callouts3 running without an issue. For some reason, Callouts3 makes my game crash to desktop, and it logs nothing in RPH... so I decided to just not use it for now.

Oh don't worry. I know we'll get this implemented. Possibly in the new update coming out very soon.

Ok so far I'm loving everything about this mod and the mods that supplement it. So thanks everyone (not just G17) for all your work!
I have to say arresting is my favorite feature when it works (looking at you 12 mile foot pursuit), but what comes after arresting, well I've come to dread it a bit
There's not many jails or drop off places, and they're always a long drive,so I usually spend more time transporting a prisoner than I do patrolling, and when I have to arrest someone I hate what I have to do after.
 
So my suggestion is to add more drop off spots if possible, even if some may not have animation, either that or someone (FinKone wink wink lol) needs to add a prisoner transport feature, that'd be awesome!

I was having this issue, but when i did a clean install, just LSPDFR and the Native Trainer and police radio, I'm not getting the crash anymore. I assumed it was a mix of the callout plugins i was using not being compatible with 0.2b? Strange tho it seems like many of you are still having the issue.

Ok not sure if this was a fix or not.  I did update Police Radio at the same time I did the following.  
I uninstalled .NET Frameworks.  Tried to run game and of course got the ERROR .NET Frameworks etc.  So I reinstalled .NET Frameworks  4.5 and the game seems to be running ok so far (fingers crossed) this is about 30 min of gameplay.  I use to get a crash about the 5-10 minute mark and also after hitting SHIFT. 
EDIT:  Nah still crashing, definitely some conflict here.  Appears to be random now.  Also has anyone else noticed that the Civilians seem to act a bit more hysterical now?  I mean worse than before if I have a gun on my suspect?  Its like utter chaos.  Something is a miss, its almost like we are on Duty but we are not.  Does that make sense?

Could be a problem with the NET frameworks.  This is just a shot in the dark with so many people that are having the same issue

Hi there, I am getting the exact same issue here as well.  I started out with code 3 callouts, wilderness callouts and PoliceRadio but have since downsized to just the basic LSPDFR alone.  I followed the suggestions by some that I searched which stated to try downloading RPH separately to no avail.  The latest trick I tried was a fresh install of GTA V all together.  Installed LSPDFR and Code 3 Callouts and then installed RPH separately.  Started the game, went on duty and when trying to pull the first car over I got a crash.  I really am excited to show off LSPD:FR on Twitch during my streams but as of right now I'm having to put it on the back burner till I get this figured out .  **UPDATE**  It seems this crashing is random...  I tried to load in again and thus far things are going well though my F4 key will not bring up the script menu.  Nothing has changed as far as install.  Also just tried re-installing RagePluginHook again (deleting all files of the old one) and the script menu will still not load even with the new install.  What's interesting is that the game plays for a while and then GTA will just crash, no RPH log or anything at this point.

It says in the users manual that is not playable online. Due to the more well moderated environment of GTA V Online, a form of a separate multiplayer client hosted locally on a users computer, independent from the default one included in the game may need to be devised. Or it may be possible to re-route players to a dedicated server similar to the way some World of Warcraft players modify their 'hosts' file to be able to connect to subscription free servers. Until a way of working with mods with 0% chance of receiving a ban is devised and implemented; LSPDFR will stay single player only.

So, when will LSPDFR be on GTA Online? The market potential for this mod is greatly diminished not allowing multiplayer gameplay. Screw Rockstar, give us the ability and we'll take the risk.
