This ped was requested by a member of LSPDFR who graciously donated so this mod can be used by all members of this site. This ped is modified and custom fitted with utility belts, patches,etc. unlike my previous trooper this one does come with 2 sets of pants. It is also compatible with the unholster mod. This ped can and may be used freely in all fivem/roleplay servers. All i ask is that any skins you make or vids you make with this ped that you please recognize/show appreciation to the Contributor. pcGAMEZguy

Go to each of the viewpoints and above each viewpoints are settings. click on tripod and check show/hide.

All the rest that i didn't name are the ones i don't use but they all go in x64e.rpf

Mistake me if im wrong but making a jacket refective requires editing a texture to make it refective. The mesh has nothing to do with whether it's reflective or not except if you make a whole new texture and uv map it to the jacket.

Basicly what that vid is about is editing eup textures so you can get your desired texture working without messing with the mesh itself, which looks like what you were doing.
