    Hello all,
A fellow technician for enterprise equipment, so I have had great success with implementing then testing mod to mod.

Ive taken the time to collect 0.4+ compatible mods (90% by allbo) and get them all to work within each other.
Some .INI files need to be edited to avoid player frustration still regarding controller/keyboard control. No crashes are experienced in this fileset.
Further, The file set was produced on a "vanilla" GTA5 Vehicles &  sounds, - with regular Rockstar updates.

Here's a quick look at the entire directory I propose to upload - if possible, I would like beta, and feedback, or maybe for it to be implemented in 0.4-2 or a optional update package with the LSPDFR installation. Installation of these plugins, and the desired configurations, including for the plugins not to crash each other, took a painstaking 10+ hours of fine tweaking binds, and beta testing plugin by plugin to locate faults that could cause a startup crash.
I can now consistently run this file set with no crashes.

*Now,  I'm just curious who would be interested in such a file set?
And would it be added to the list of files for download? I'd Love to add to this plugin/callout bundle once more items become available.

The court system could work better, but with this file set, you are as close as it gets to a beat officer. Traffic tickets, random call outs, street crime, holdups, and numerous callouts, endless hours of non-crashing fun can be done with this package alone.

Callout "bank heist" was disabled in the .ini as it would crash, or lag the CPU pretty hard.

    Speaking of CPU.

Here are the specs, from the computer used for testing:

    A quick note,

My PC maybe a bit under powered for some, but the game runs a solid 20-25 FPS with the mod installed and plugins running.
I found this to be a good base floor to test from, as more capable machine should be able to run this and the plugins, with additional plugins for ELS and special things like this.

Personally, I choose not to run ELS, or load modded cars, ect; because of instability issues associated with doing so.

    What a write up.

Here is a guide for users to install a slew of mods that are baseline for the game. Tested with a low end pc- I'm confident the settings and path towards ensuring game functionality during the installation process, will ensure the user has a positive experience, per the end result. Instead of hours of troubleshooting, researching troubleshooting methods - ect.

Tell me what you guys think.

Very in-depth and helpful! I didn't know that keybind overlaps could cause so many crashes.

Unfortunately, there's egos involved in everything, and that makes this sort of thing very hard - not just in GTA5 or LSPDFR community.

Documentation is incredibly important and everyone should be writing mods and changes with the intent to pass the knowledge along. This is seriously one of the hardest games to mod and one thing that would make things easier would be if everyone began using comments in XML files, ESPECIALLY gameconfig and several meta files - explaining what everything actually DOES in the game.

Could you not just do a write-up for the .ini files without posting the actual mods? One of the biggest things I've seen people comment about is getting things working together.

I'm sure many of us use some of these mods already so having an AIO would be pointless even if it was allowed. Sharing your knowledge of how you got everything to work together may benefit new and old users alike. I use a controller and spent a good week setting everything up to work on it. I'd do the write-up myself, but when you consider I'm using more than 40 mods, it would take a while! ELS, STP, Traffic Policer, Interaction+, ALPR etc - it's not easy to map all that, lol! Thank god for Xpadder.

Obviously we want everyone to be focused on 0.4, so this isn't something we will support officially.  Nonetheless, I'd rather you get the files from us than have to go searching somewhere else, so I've attached the files for 0.3.1 below.

While I understand wanting to help the community, there's a reason that there are no "all in one" mod packages on here, 5mods, or any other legitimate GTA mod hosting website.  Almost all of these mods say not to redistribute, and the rules of LCPDFR, 5 mods, etc all say the uploaded mods must be yours

Aside from that, I frown upon all in one packages because you have brand new players installing mods they don't even know the name of.  If they need support of any kind, they come here and expect us to fix everything for them when in reality, they could've fixed the issue themselves had they taken the time to look at the mod page of the mod they installed, and new what it was they installed.    Part of modding is experience and learning how to install things and learning the name of the mods you're installing and what they do.  If you're not willing to take the time necessary to learn how to mod your game, you shouldn't mod it at all.

    dependencies failure.

    Check the following:
Installation of netframework - Run the diagnostics tool. it will inform you of any netframe work failures. still as good measure. reinstall them anyway.
make sure your using the asi loader with LCPDFR.
loader.loader = asi loader. Something wrong with the script loader. or the programs used to run the scripts.
Also, be sure to have run windows update after installing netframework installations. this ensured the files installed / reinstalled that windows uses, are up to date and current for operation.

"The error occurred because of one of my mods, (I think it was ELS). I dragged everything into my base game directory, including advancedhook, scripthook etc. This managed to create an error. To fix this I got the manual installation zip file for 1.0D and dragged in just the base game files (advancedhook, scripthook, dsound etc), and this has got rid of my error."

Not a problem, I try to help when i can.

You know, i have been getting some wierd errors, I might try this resolution of yours to resolve the little bugs i still have.
Iv'e just used the auto installation after installing the little mods i like. ...
Ive spent hours troubleshooting this, reading forums, I think I should be a game tester lol.
Also check permissions, I had a issue with that, If running steam, be sure the directory out of " steamapps " (" grandtheftautoIV ") is not read only.
I made the mistake of changing just the directory - steamapps -> grandtheftautoIV -> GTAIV*
This caused a variety of issues
if you have the steam installation that is..

Thanks for the quick response. I have ran the diagnostic tool and the only thing that comes up with an error is the log file. I already tried re-installing the other stuff on the diagnostic tool. I am still coming up with an error.

Well I'm not sure why that would be. Perhaps a complete reinstall and start from fresh is in order.

Whatever version of WinZip you are using is taking the files out of the folders within the archive (see the Path part on that picture you posted). Use 7zip instead, it's free and much better in my opinion.

You install ELS by dragging all of the contents of "INSTALLATION FILES" to your main GTA IV directory. If you have LCPDFR installed, however, do not copy AdvancedHook.dll, ScriptHook.dll, or dsound.dll as LCPDFR already installed the newest versions of those.
