Still a little bit of work left on lighting. Need to do some more dual coloring and add some boot lighting.

I changed the lightbar and sized it.I hope its now good :D I know that some textures are not correct but this will fixed.Enjoy!!Working takedowns included

Works on the new Forza Horizon 3 CVPIs, I can reformat to the standard templates too if need be.

While some people I know are doing bug fixes on the go4, I've done more work on the pack, I made a new partition, and I'm going around and fixing up the mirrors so they work like on Hurks CVPI 

Hi there. So as you can see I stopped kinda doing Toronto... I know people are gonna be mad but I just wanted to do something completely off my head and make it 100% creative so I made this. It is going to be a whole pack, with a Liberty lightbar when Ian/Carper finish. The livery is slightly based off of MSP but I was kinda creative with it, the rest of it is just random. Anyway enjoy.

So, I was looking back at my NYPD California concept livery I made for GTAIV (look in my GTAIV galleries to see it if you want) and I thought it would be interesting to try the reverse and see what the LAPD would look like if it happened to be located in NY.  Sooo, here it is.  Still requires a bit of work, the roof numbers need to be bigger (trunk too), "to protect and to serve" needs a bit of work, etc.  Just a concept, WIP.  I made it in both LAPD colors (black, white, gold) and traditional NYPD colors (blue and white).  What do you think??  Which one works better, traditional LAPD colors or traditional NYPD colors?  Or does it not work at all, lol
