thats a callout pack, i have the same thing, i forgot which one tho, you can turn them off in the ini file of the callout pack btw, list your callouts and Ill see if i can spot it

if your still waiting for a update for that mod, you can try this one, i switched over to this mod as it has the same feature as the extended camera for first person driving and you can also set it per car "Manual Transmission | Steering wheel support 5.5.1" the camera setting are hidden under misc options tab

Your grand theft auto is outdated, 2699 is lower then 2802 so my suggestion is to update your game also, if your still running 2699 (the criminal enterpriese release, we are on the drug wars release now) your gonna need to update your scripthook, gameconfig, and other mods that you have probaly

is it a story mode thing or is it a suspect that got away? if its putting you into a chase as you say, i would think its a suspect that got away try changing this line "Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = false" in your "Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\lspdfr.ini" to "Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true" and see if it still happens

you did something wrong, i just looked inside my update2.rpf and there is NO dlclist in that file

just to make sure, your trying to drag the rtf and rtd files right? hmm, i just tried to drag a zip file in and it would let me, maybe your rpf file is too big thus not allowing you to add any more vehicles to it?, i would also check to see if your rpf file your trying to add stuff to isnt set as read only nvm on that one too, i just tried a read-only file and it still let me add to it, so my guessing is that your rpf file might be too big

are you talking about when your in a pursuit? if so, hit N it will bring up the pursuit menu, then turn off police tactices, they will now follow the car this next pic shows me being 3rd in a pursuit

what cars exactly? (i dont mean the ones you downloaded, what are the names of the ones you want to replace as there is like 5 police?) I switched to https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/manual-transmission-ikt this mod has the ability to adjust the camera position of the car too, and i find i like it better and you can set it per car

What file inside update2.rpf are you editing? i dont think update2 takes any files that u should be editing Ill point you to this post, it shows my folder structure, as you can see, i have no update2.rpf as that file has no files you need to touch that i know of

Did you do what the error message is telling you to do? Its telling you your scripthook is out of date, update scripthook http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/

Are you getting thoes files from his website or his discord? i ask this cuz i use the ones on the website and i nver seen that error message even when i have no internet, maybe the website version have no check and the discord ones do as they are always changing (beta test) ?

are you useing Stop the ped from bejoijo? if so, you want to bring up the interact menu and hit switch guarding buddy the guarding buddy will hold their hand on the gun , that way u know who is the guarding buddy then hit the button to do the search again and the new guarding buddy will search them here is a video i did real quick explaining this (pretend my partner is a male lol, i tryed to spawn a male but it gave me a female {i used the spawn with players clothing option so i guess it gave me a female partner as i was female})
