You shouldn't need too, especially with a 980. My reference GTX 760 can run IV maxed with an ENB and V with mostly High/Very High settings (except MSAA) so you should be A-OK

Eh, GTA V is way more intesive then GTA IV. And if he cannot run IV he won't be able to run V.

I imagine it would be to the game in general, the PC you listed is very, very low end and outdated. If you can't afford much more than that just save up and wait to get one.

First, what is your budget? You'll be better off building your own PC, it's normally cheaper and is normally fun (Can be a bit frustrating) experience
