For the ID info going away too fast, you can press escape and go to brief menu and all of those notifications will be in that menu

Kuruma callout...
I was led on a State-Wide chase for a Kuruma callout, I got tired of crashing and tons of police cars crashing into random peds so I called in the NOOSE Chopper and ended it there

I used this for a couple of hours in one session without stutters with the plugin, shut down GTA V for a while and came back and had stuttering issues with this plugin loaded, all on the same version of GTA

Should I spend an extra $650 to add another gpu?
You shouldn't need too, especially with a 980. My reference GTX 760 can run IV maxed with an ENB and V with mostly High/Very High settings (except MSAA) so you should be A-OK

I imagine it would be to the game in general, the PC you listed is very, very low end and outdated. If you can't afford much more than that just save up and wait to get one.

Performance difference between a AMD FX 8350 and a i5 4590?
The title says it all, i recently bought a i5 4590 so my ArmA experiences will finally be above 20 fps in cities :D, but anyway what kind of gain will i get in the newly released GTA V?
