​while i can understand a few things here, i'm a big fan of free roam
 
but while in free-roam, the only time i've ever seen a police car other than the normal-looking interceptor patrolling was around the police department/impound lot. it seems that the CVPI does respond to your wanted level, but only if you're in the radius of the impound lot. other than that, you'll almost never see the CVPI unless you're in the county.
i understand a lot of people didn't really like the amount of police presence in IV, but what i'm seeing in GTA V just pushes it. (also i do play PC at pretty good settings, so there's that) i've rarely seen police cruisers that have not been doing the exact same thing over and over like the random pursuits you find. i just want to see a police car driving around and not responding to an emergency for on, in a ghetto or suburb rather than right beside the police department in downtown LS.
